Terms and Conditions:
The winning bidder will receive their two (2) '3-Day Luxury Suite Passes' and '3-Day Parking Pass' digitally via email at least one (1) week before Headwaters Country Jam. Passes are non-transferable.
Please note: The 2023 performing artists at Headwaters Country Jam are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at their discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific artists' performance during Headwaters Country Jam.
Headwaters Country Jam takes place in Cardwell, MT just outside of Three Forks.
Campground access is not included with this package. Anyone who wishes to enter the campgrounds for any reason must purchase an Admission pass and a Camp Access pass to enter the campgrounds.
The event is held on a large open field. There are various types of terrain throughout the venue which includes grass, hard packed dirt, and gravel roadways. Plan accordingly as there are some distances to be covered to get to all of the areas and stages on the site, and as with any natural terrain, rain can impact the conditions.
Small/Clear Bag Policy: All bags will be searched before entry. Clear bags no larger than 12″x6″x12″ with a single compartment and/or small clutch bag 4.5″x6.5″ are allowed. No backpacks or multi-compartment bags.
Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
