The winner will receive their two (2) 4-Day VIP wristbands via FedEx within one (1) week prior to the 2023 Lollapalooza Music Festival, August 3-6 at Grant Park in Chicago, IL ("Festival"). Guests will receive one (1) wristband per guest that each attending guest will need to wear the entire four (4) days. Wristbands are non-removable and non-transferable. Any additional purchases separate from this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder. Please note, food and beverage is not included in this package. There will be food and beverage available for purchase in the VIP and General Admission areas. Guests must be 21+ to consume alcoholic beverages.

Please note: The 2023 performing artists at the Festival are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at the Festival's discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific artists' performance during the Festival dates. Set times will be announced closer to the Festival dates.

‍For the safety of everyone entering the Festival, all patrons are subject to a full and complete search prior to entry. Please review the Allowed & Prohibited items list for a stress-free entry process. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to submit to a full body pat-down before entry. Resale of Festival tickets is prohibited.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flights, food, lodging, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
