Terms and Conditions:

All guests must be at least 19 years old to participate in this experience. Valid IDs will be checked upon entrance of all events. The winning member will receive their two (2) Custom VIP Passes to Cornucopia in Whistler, BC (the "Event") via email by Thursday, November 2, 2023. The winning member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than October 12, 2023, and 2) confirm receipt of their digital tickets with their SkyMiles Experiences Representative at least two (2) days prior to the event start on Thursday, November 9, 2023. Failure to confirm either of the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund.

*The winning member will be introduced to a member of the Cornucopia team leading up to the experience to select and confirm the two (2) Drink Seminars and the one (1) Culinary Stage Demo they would like to attend.

**The one (1) bottle of wine from the Cornucopia Cellar will be selected at the discretion of Cornucopia's sommelier and will be provided to guests upon departure from the experience.

All event access included in this package is non-transferable and cannot be swapped out for access to other events. Package inclusions may not be exchanged for cash or event credit and cannot be resold. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder. This package is good for Thursday, November 9-Sunday, November 12, 2023 only.

The seated Winery Dinner at Bearfoot Bistro will include a preselected menu and substitutions may not be available. Due to the unique nature of these events, dietary accommodations are not guaranteed. The chefs at these events will do their best to accommodate special dietary needs, but please note that it is not guaranteed and only a request. Attending guests will be asked to provide any dietary needs or restrictions fourteen (14) days prior to the experience. Additionally, not all events will have vegetarian options available. Unless otherwise specified in the event description, there will not be food at the drink seminars.

All events besides the Winery Dinner at Bearfoot Bistro will take place on the grounds of Whistler Conference Centre. Both venues are located indoors.

No animals are permitted on the event properties with the exception of a service, guide, or signal dog, or other animal individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability. No smoking, vaping or electronic cigarette usage is allowed at any of the events listed above.

The 2023 participating chefs at Cornucopia are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at Cornucopia's discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific chefs during the dates the attending guests have access to, Thursday, November 9 through Sunday, November 12, 2023. Cornucopia, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any schedule changes or cancellations.

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The winning bidder acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder.

The Fairmont Chateau Whistler accommodations cannot be combined with other offers and the reservation is for Thursday through Sunday, November 9-12, 2023, for two (2) guests only. If the winner bidder chooses to extend their stay in the Whistler area, it is at the winner's responsibility to reach out to the hotel directly. The winning bidder must be aged 19 or older in order to check-in to the hotel. The 3-night stay at The Fairmont Chateau Whistler is for one (1) Fairmont Deluxe King Room only and does not include costs for transportation, food and beverage, spa treatments, gym fees, or any other optional activities. Check-in is at 4:00pm PST on Thursday, November 9, 2023 and check out is 11:00am PST on Sunday, November 12, 2023, and no time or date change requests will be granted. All participants must provide a valid credit card in their name for security and incidentals. Attending guests are responsible for all incidentals as part of their stay. Cancellation after the SkyMiles auction has been redeemed will result in forfeiture of miles redeemed for this auction item. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder. All hotel photography is representative of the Fairmont Chateau Whistler but may not include photographs of the eligible room; some variations may be applicable; specific room may be subject to change.

Cornucopia management understands that the Covid-19 pandemic is not over. The safety and well-being of Cornucopia attendees, presenters, staff, and our Whistler Community is our number one priority. We continue to take enhanced health and safety measures, that exceed public health requirements behind the scenes. We will continue to work with public health, follow best practices and act in concert with the spirit of any Public Health orders. Currently, no proof of vaccination or mask is required to attend Cornucopia, but we will continue to follow all Public Health Orders and recommendations.

The Event's servings of wine will be one and a half to two ounces per glass. Maximum legal consumption is two ounces per hour. Cornucopia encourages the responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Hotel accommodations, ground transportation, flight, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
