*The winning bidder will be connected with a Sixthman Guest Services team member to confirm their stay at time of redemption. The winning member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by Sixthman and SkyMiles Experiences no later than Wednesday, November 22, 2024; Failure to confirm above with Sixthman and SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder.

The access for two (2) to all shows is for general admission access and no upgraded seats, tickets or access are available. Please note there may be limited availability for selected items and experiences including but not limited to seating, food and beverages, prompt arrival is suggested. All performances and performing artists are subject to change and cancellation at the sole discretion of Sixthman. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder. Due to stage placement and weather conditions, some pools and hot tubs may be closed for safety during the cruise.

Please note: The 2024 performing artists on The Rock Boat XXIII Cruise are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at Sixthman's discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific artists' performance during the cruise dates. Sixthman, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any schedule changes or cancellations. The components of this package are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for alternative dates or cruise credit, and cannot be resold.

The winning bidder of this Delta SkyMiles Experiences Package is responsible for sourcing and purchasing their own travel arrangements to and from Miami, Florida and the Port of Miami Terminal including airfare, ground transportation and any additional transportation types. For parking information and ground transportation to/from the Port of Miami, click here. When booking flights, we recommend that attendees arrive in Miami no later than 12:00pm ET, or in Ft. Lauderdale no later than 11:00am ET on Tuesday, January 30, 2024. Guests will be able to begin boarding the Norweigan Pearl by 11:00am ET on Tuesday, January 30, 2024. The winning bidder must be on board the Norwegian Pearl no later than 3:00pm ET on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, as the cruise sets sail at approximately 3:30pm ET. Guests who arrive late to Norwegian Pearl boarding on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 will not be able to board and will not be refunded for this experience. To board, guests are required to carry a valid passport, not expiring within six (6) months of the return of the cruise. Return flights should be arranged to leave Miami after 12:00pm ET on Sunday, February 4, 2024 or leave Ft. Lauderdale after 1:00pm ET. Please allow for additional time for customs clearance for international flights

This offer is good for one (1) double occupancy five-night 'Balcony Cabin' for two (2) guests only during Tuesday through Sunday, January 30-February 4, 2024. Additional guests are subject to prevailing rates and availability at the discretion of Sixthman. Upgrades to a higher category cabin are available at an additional cost to the guest but subject to availability at the discretion of Sixthman. Travel protection packages are available for purchase through Sixthman Guest Services. Optional activities or additional costs on board the ship, including but not limited to the spa, gambling, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, bottled water, specialty restaurant cover charges, room service convenience charge, any tours, events or meals in the ports of call, pre-cruise or post-cruise hotels, airfare, and ground transportation are the responsibility of the attending guests. The winning bidder is responsible for the payment of gratuities which are $20.00 per person per day for the two (2) guests. Such charges will be added to the attendees' on-board spending account and collected on the final day of the cruise. All additional gratuities charged during the duration of this experience will not be covered by Delta and are at the full responsibility of the attending guests.

A minor is defined as an individual under 18 years of age as of Thursday, January 30, 2024. A young adult is defined as an individual between the ages of 18 and 20 as of Tuesday, January 30, 2024. An adult is defined as someone 21 years of age or older as of Tuesday, January 30, 2024. Minors and young adults must be accompanied by an adult in the same stateroom. Minors traveling with an accompanying adult, who is not the minor's parent or legal guardian, must have a Parent/Guardian Consent Release Form (PDF) that authorizes the minor's travel and further authorizes medical treatment in case of an emergency must be delivered to a Norwegian representative at the pier during check-in. Failure to produce this letter at embarkation may result in boarding being denied, with no refund of cruise fare provided. Infants sailing onboard a Norwegian vessel must be at least six months of age at time of sailing. Note: Two people under the age of 21 may travel together in the same stateroom if they are a married couple and provide proof of marriage to a Norwegian representative at the pier before embarkation. Guest ages will be verified at embarkation. Guests not conforming to this policy will be denied boarding and assessed a 100% cancelation penalty. NO exceptions will be made at embarkation.

For utilizing the Youth Program onboard, please note from time to time, adjustments are made to children's program hours and locations as required by our scheduled activities.

At time of package redemption, please discuss any accessibility needs with the Sixthman Guest Services team, at least 60 days in advance of Tuesday, January 30, 2024, if you feel you may have special accessibility requests and to gain more details on any accommodations that can be made, if available. Winning bidder and his/her guests shall not be permitted to bring pets or other animals in or around the Sixthman cruise ship with the exception of service animals for persons with disabilities as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended.

At time of package redemption, please discuss any medical dietary needs with the Sixthman Guest Services team, at least 60 days in advance of Tuesday, January 30, 2024, so Sixthman can arrange to have no sugar, low sodium meals, and gluten free items for guests with those specific medical dietary restrictions upon request. Refrigerators are available in all staterooms for storing insulin. 

Given the worldwide relaxation of global protocols and travel requirements, Norwegian Cruise Line and Sixthman have updated protocols to further align to those of the broader travel, leisure and hospitality industry, making it easier for guests to return to sea. Effective for all sailings as of October 4, 2022, all guests are welcome to sail, regardless of vaccination status and age, and with no testing or masking requirements. Please note that destination specific travel requirements supersede any NCL embarkation protocols. Visit ncl.com/travel-requirements-by-country for more details specific to Cruise Perfect. There may be additional testing requirements and/or entry forms for certain embarkation ports and/or ports of call along an itinerary. We encourage the winning bidder to check ncl.com/travel-requirements-by-country as the vacation approaches, as regulations may change, and make sure to complete any necessary forms before leaving home.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
