Terms and Conditions:

All guests must be at least 18 years old to purchase a package and attend this event. No exceptions.

This offer is good for one (1) five-night stay for two (2) guests at Moon Palace Resort Cancún in a Sunrise Deluxe 1 King Bed Room over the dates of Saturday, January 6, 2024 through Thursday, January 11, 2024 (the "Stay") with access to Out of the Blue Festival over the dates of Sunday, January 7, 2024 through Wednesday, January 10, 2024 (the "Event") (collectively, the "Experience"). This Experience is valid only for the dates of Saturday through Thursday, January 6-11, 2024, and cannot be exchanged for credit, rescheduled to future dates, transferred, or re-sold. No additional guests will be granted permission to stay. Check in for this stay will be Saturday, January 6, 2024 at a to be determined time, and check-out will be Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 12pm ET. No time or date change requests will be granted. All participants must provide a valid credit card at the time of check-in for security and incidentals. Attending guests are responsible for all incidentals as part of their stay. If the winning bidder chooses to extend their stay in Riviera Cancún, Mexico, it is the winner's responsibility to source a separate hotel or resort stay. This offer is for two (2) guests and is not available for group bookings or any additional guests. Upgrades are not permitted and are notvalid on existing reservations. This package is only able to redeem for a new reservation. Extended stays are subject to the Property's availability, are not guaranteed, and if any upgrade is permitted, the incurred cost will be the attending guests' responsibility for payment. Rates for additional nights are based on published rates.

Please be aware that all Mexico residents will be subject to a 16% added VAT tax, which will be charged as an incidental to the credit card provided to the resort at check-in. Important: any non-residents who fail to provide their passports and immigration cards to the resort at check-in, will also incur this charge.

The winning bidder will receive detailed check-in information sent by email prior to the event. Guests will receive their room and festival access upon check-in to the resort. Tickets to all events are wristbands and will be distributed upon check-in to the resort. Tickets are non-refundable, may not be redeemed for cash or credit at any time, nor will they be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets may not be sold, traded, or transferred a third party. All packages are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. The winning member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Saturday, December 23, 2024. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund.

The 2024 participating artists at Out of the Blue Festival are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at the festivals' discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific artists during the festival dates the attending guests have access to on Sunday, January 7, 2024 through Wednesday, January 10, 2024. The Event, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any schedule changes or cancellations. This package does not guarantee access to talent of any kind.

Roundtrip ground transportation for two (2) guests to and from Cancún International Airport is included in this Experience. Upon arrival at Cancún International Airport, guests will be transported to Moon Palace Cancún (approximately 15 minutes away). Please allow for additional time for customs clearance for international flights. To travel, guests are required to carry a valid passport, not expiring within six (6) months of the return from Cancún International Airport.

Alcohol purchase and consumption is only applicable for guests who are over the age of 18.  

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The winning bidder acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder.

This experience does not include costs for flights, pre/post hotels, other ground transportation not listed herein, meals outside of Moon Palace Cancún, boutique purchases, telephone calls, and other incidentals and expenses not specified above. The Moon Palace may offer extra amenities that are not included in the resort's all-inclusive plans, such as spa treatments, golf, exclusive dining experiences, off-site adventures, and more. If a guest chooses an extra amenity not included in this package, it is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, airfare, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
