If the winning SkyMiles Member ("Member") chooses to have a minor attend the show, the other attending guest must be an adult 18 years or older. Guests must be 21 or older to consume alcohol.

This experience includes: two (2) mezzanine seats within the first two (2) rows to see Gary Clark Jr. on Sunday, December 31, 2023 at 9:30pm CT at Austin City Limits Live at The Moody Theater in Austin, TX (the "Event");  Suite access for two (2) ("Suite"), and; all-inclusive food & beverage for two (2) ("Food and Beverage") (collectively, the "Experience"). The Experience is valid only for the Gary Clark Jr. show on Sunday, December 31, 2023 at 9:30pm CT at Austin City Limits Live at The Moody Theater in Austin, TX located at 310 Willie Nelson Blvd, Austin, TX 78701 ("Venue"). Experience may not be transferred to other performance dates, exchanged for venue credit, and may not be resold.

The two (2) tickets to the Event ("Tickets") will be held under the recipient's name for pickup at will call at the Venue on the day of the Event only. A valid matching photo ID is required. The exact seat location of the Tickets is to be determined at the discretion of the Venue but will be located within the first two (2) rows of the mezzanine. The Member will be informed of the exact seat locations when they pick-up their Tickets at will call on Sunday, December 31, 2023.

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Monday, December 18, 2023. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member. This package is valid for the Gary Clark Jr. show on Sunday, December 31, 2023 at 9:30pm CT only. It may not be transferred to other dates or exchanged for venue credits. Timing is subject to change.

Complimentary food and beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, will be available to the Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") in the Suite. Be advised that the Suite will be shared, including but not limited to other winning SkyMiles Members and their guests.

This Experience is custom for SkyMiles Experiences and does not directly translate to any specific VIP ticketing options available on the Venue's website.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Venue, as listed here.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. User is responsible for all bids placed on experiences, including bids placed on multiple packages of the same experience. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final, and no mileage refunds will be made.
