Chef Oscar is not guaranteed to be in attendance and this experience does not include meeting him.

All attending guests must be 21 years of age or older.

This experience includes: one (1) guaranteed reservation for two (2) guests at VERSE on Friday, December 22, 2023 at 7:00pm PT in Los Angeles, CA ("Reservation"); one (1) multi-course Chef's tasting menu and wine pairings for two (2) guests at VERSE ("Dinner"); one (1) kitchen tour for two (2) guests at VERSE led by VERSE staff ("Kitchen Tour"), and; one (1) guided tour of Larrabee Studios for two (2) guests led by VERSE staff ("Studio Tour") (collectively, the "Experience"). This Experience is valid for Friday, December 22, 2023 at 7:00pm PT at VERSE located at 4212 Lankershim Blvd, Toluca Lake, CA 91602 ("Restaurant") only and may not be rescheduled, exchanged for credit, transferred, or resold. The cost of any supplemental menu items or items ordered from the wine list not mentioned herein are the responsibility of the dining guests. 

The winning member ("Member") is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Saturday, December 9, 2023; 2) submit all dietary restrictions and/or allergies to SkyMiles Experiences no later than Saturday, December 9, 2023. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

The Dinner includes a preselected menu and substitutions may not be available. The Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") will be asked to provide any dietary needs or restrictions fourteen (14) days prior to the experience. The Restaurant will make best efforts to accommodate all dietary needs, but substitutions and special requests may not be available. The cost of any supplemental menu items or items ordered from the wine list not mentioned herein are the responsibility of the Guests.

The Kitchen Tour will take place before Dinner and the exact Restaurant personnel providing the tour is at the discretion of the Restaurant and will not be given by Chef Oscar. The Studio Tour will take place after Dinner and the exact personnel providing the tour is at the discretion of the Restaurant and Larrabee Studios. Timing of the Kitchen Tour and Studio Tour is subject to change at the Restaurant's discretion.

Business casual attire is recommended for Guests.

The Restaurant offers live entertainment each night. Entertainment is at the discretion of the Restaurant and is subject to any schedule changes or cancelations. There are no guarantees of any specific artists' performance during the Experience dates. 

Parking is not included in this package. Parking on the street, in the back of the Restaurant, and next to the Restaurant is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

In the event the reservation date chosen must be canceled or rescheduled by the Restaurant due to an unforeseen circumstance or Restaurant buyout, the Member will be notified and provided with alternative dates and times for rescheduling.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. User is responsible for all bids placed on experiences, including bids placed on multiple packages of the same experience. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final, and no mileage refunds will be made.
