All attendees of Key West Food & Wine Festival must be 21+ years of age in order to attend the events listed above. Valid photo IDs will be checked upon entrance of all events.

This experience includes: two (2) 'España Experiencia VIP Tickets' to Key West Food & Wine Festival with access to all events as listed above ("Tickets") on Tuesday, January 23-Sunday, January 28, 2024 (the "Event"), and; two (2) VIP Swag Bags ("Swag Bags") (collectively, "Experience"). This offer is valid only for the dates listed above and cannot be combined with other offers, rescheduled, exchanged for credit, or resold. The Event is located at 1075 Duval Street, Key West, Florida 33040, United States (the "Venue").

The winning member ("Member") is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Wednesday, December 20, 2023; 2) submit any dietary allergies or restrictions to SkyMiles Experiences no later than Wednesday, December 20, 2023; 3) confirm receipt of their Tickets with their SkyMiles Experiences Representative by Thursday, January 18, 2024. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

The Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") will receive their Tickets via email within one (1) week of the Experience. Swag Bags will be given to Guests on-site upon arrival to the Event. All events are held rain or shine.

The seated meals will include a preselected menu and beverage pairings and substitutions may not be available. Guests will be asked to provide any dietary needs or restrictions prior to the Experience and chefs will do their best to accommodate special dietary needs, but please note that it is not guaranteed. Guests are expected to be responsible for themselves and their dietary requirements, including avoiding any food or beverage which they may be allergic to or have otherwise removed from their diets.

The 2024 participating chefs and talent at the Event are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at the Event's discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific chefs during the festival dates the Guests have access to, Tuesday, January 23 through Sunday, January 28, 2024. The Event, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the schedule or event.

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

By placing a bid on this package, the Member and their guest agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Venue and the Event, as listed here.  

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Accommodations, ground transportation, flight, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the Member. User is responsible for all bids placed on experiences, including bids placed on multiple packages of the same experience. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
