*All viewing areas are limited capacity and available on a first-come, first-served basis. With the exception of ADA viewing zones, chairs are not allowed in viewing areas. Please note: Cocktails are not permitted to leave VIP areas. The artists performing at the Festival reserve the right to re-arrange or close dedicated viewing areas during their performances. Festival, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes to viewing area arrangements.

All Governors Ball VIP and Freeloader Pass holders must be 21+.

This experience includes (collectively, the "Experience"): two (2) '3-Day VIP plus Freeloader' tickets to Governors Ball Music Festival on Friday-Sunday, June 7-9, 2024 ("Festival"). Further, the '3-Day VIP plus Freeloader' tickets ("Tickets") include all the above inclusions plus complimentary water refill stations, dedicated VIP Concierge to assist with festival needs, lockers and mobile charging units for rent (available first-come, first-served), and express lane at festival store. The Experience is valid only for the Festival on Friday-Sunday, June 7-9, 2024, at Flushing Meadows Corona Park located at Grand Central Parkway and, Van Wyck Expy, Queens, 11354 ("Venue"). Experience may not be transferred to other performance dates, exchanged for venue credit, and may not be resold.

The winning bidder ("Member") will receive their Tickets to the Festival via FedEx within one (1) week prior to the Festival. Tickets are non-removable and non-transferable. Do NOT remove between days, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder.

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, May 9, 2024, and 2) confirm receipt of all shipped credentials no later than Monday, June 3, 2024. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

Please note: The 2024 performing artists at the Festival are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at Festival discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific artists' performance during the Festival dates. Viewing areas are unassigned and available on a first come, first served basis. Live Nation, C3 Presents, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes in the participating artists or Festival schedule.

For the safety of everyone entering the Festival, all patrons are subject to a full and complete airport-style search prior to entry. By purchasing a ticket, the Member and their guest (collectively, "Guests") agree to submit to a full body pat-down before entry. Guests that refuse to comply with the search policy will be refused entry into the Festival. Screening of children will always take place with the consent of a parent or guardian. All bags will be searched before entry. By placing a bid on this package, the Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Venue, as listed on the Festival website here.

Festival reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from Guests who it or Festival/Venue personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Festival/Venue policy or law, or may bring Live Nation and/or the Festival into disrepute.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. User is responsible for all bids placed on experiences, including bids placed on multiple packages of the same experience. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final, and no mileage refunds will be made.
