FairWell Festival is open to all ages.
*All viewing areas are limited capacity and available on a first-come, first-served basis. With the exception of ADA viewing zones, chairs are not allowed in viewing areas. The artists performing at the FairWell Festival reserve the right to re-arrange or close dedicated viewing areas during their performances. FairWell Festival, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes to viewing area arrangements.
This experience includes: two (2) '3-Day VIP' passes ("Wristbands") to FairWell Festival on Friday-Sunday, July 19-21, 2024, at Deschutes County Fairgrounds in Redmond, OR ("Festival") (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, Wristbands include all the above inclusions plus: a dedicated VIP Concierge to assist with your festival needs, and access to lockers and mobile charging units for rent that are available on a first-come, first-served basis within the VIP lounge. The Experience is valid only for the Festival on Saturday-Sunday, July 19-21, 2024, at Deschutes County Fairgrounds located at 3800 SW Airport Wy, Redmond, OR 97756 ("Venue"). Experience may not be transferred to other events, exchanged for Festival credit, and may not be resold.
The winning bidder ("Member") will receive their Wristbands via FedEx within one (1) week prior to the Festival. Wristbands are non-removable and non-transferable. Do NOT remove between days, stretch or tamper with your Wristbands in any way or you will not be allowed entry. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder. Please note, food and beverage are not included in this package. There will be food and beverage available for purchase in the VIP and General Admission areas. Guests must be 21+ to consume alcoholic beverages.
The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, May 16, 2024; and 2) confirm receipt of shipped Wristbands no later than Saturday, July 14, 2024, five (5) days prior to the Festival. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
For the safety of everyone entering the Festival, all patrons are subject to a full and complete airport-style search prior to entry. By purchasing Wristbands, you agree to submit to a full body pat-down before entry. Persons that refuse to comply with the search policy will be refused entry into the Festival. Screening of children will always take place with the consent of a parent or guardian. All bags will be searched before entry. By placing a bid on this package, the Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Venue, as listed on the festival website here. Guests must abide by all Festival/Venue policies. Festival reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner's guest who it or Festival/Venue personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Festival/Venue policy or law, or may bring the Festival into disrepute. Resale of Wristbands is prohibited.
Please note: The 2024 performing artists at the Festival are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at Festival discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific artists' performance during the Festival dates. Set times will be announced closer to the Festival dates. Festival, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes in the participating artists.
Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. User is responsible for all bids placed on experiences, including bids placed on multiple packages of the same experience. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final, and no mileage refunds will be made.

ALL INQUIRIES REGARDING THIS PROMOTION OR AUCTION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE DELTA AIR LINES, INC. AS STATED IN THE USER AGREEMENT AND NOT TO THE PROMOTER PARTIES. THE PROMOTER PARTIES WILL BE RELEASED, INDEMNIFIED, AND HELD HARMLESS, AND FURTHER MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS AND/OR WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN THE SAME MANNER AS THE DELTA ENTITIES AS STATED IN THE USER AGREEMENT.
