This experience includes: two (2) '3-Day VIP Tack Room Reserved Passes' to the Faster Horses Music Festival on Friday-Sunday, July 19-21, 2024 ("VIP Passes") in Brooklyn, Michigan (the "Event") (collectively, the "Experience"). Event access includes: reserved stadium style seat in the reserved seating area of the Tack Room VIP Deck; premium elevated viewing and VIP-only viewing at the Main Stage; shaded lounge space with first come, first served limited seating; access to the Cambridge Corral with exclusive food vendors for purchase; priority VIP entry lanes at all festival entrances; exclusive VIP-only bar service featuring a premium selection of beer, wine & spirits for purchase; exclusive VIP Reserved Seat Faster Horses souvenir gift; complimentary massage and hair braiding services; IV therapy services for purchase; exclusive VIP-only merch store; shaded hangout spaces, misting chill zones, cell phone charging stations, and yard games; air-conditioned restrooms, and; access to all General Admission, Meadow, and Tack Room areas and amenities. The event does not include: camping or parking. This offer is valid only for the dates listed above and cannot be combined with other offers, rescheduled, exchanged for credit, or resold. The Event is located at 12626 U.S. Highway 12 Brooklyn, MI 49230-906 (the "Venue").

The winning member ("Member") is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, May 2, 2024; 2) confirm receipt of their VIP Passes with their SkyMiles Experiences Representative by Friday, July 12, 2024. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

The Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") will receive their VIP Passes via FedEx within one (1) week of the Experience. VIP Passes are non-removable and non-transferable. Do NOT remove between days, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry.

Guests are expected to be responsible for themselves and their dietary requirements, including avoiding any food or beverage which they may be allergic to or have otherwise removed from their diets.

The 2024 participating talent at the Event are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at the Event's discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific talent during the date the Guests have access to Friday-Sunday, July 19-21, 2024. The Event, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the schedule or event.

All events are held rain or shine. Parking and transportation are not included in this package. If Guests choose to park on-site, they will be responsible for purchasing a parking spot separately.

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Venue and the Event, as listed here.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Accommodations, ground transportation, flight, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the Member. User is responsible for all bids placed on experiences, including bids placed on multiple packages of the same experience. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
