Performing Wonderfront Music & Arts Festival artists may choose to close front-of-stage viewing areas during their sets at their discretion. Wonderfront Music & Arts Festival, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for an artist's decision to close the viewing area.

Wonderfront Music & Arts Festival is an all-ages event. Children ages 2 and under are allowed entry for free only if accompanied by the child's parent or legal guardian. To bring in your child you must bring them by the Box Office and get a child's wristband to put on them for entry. Any children over the age of 2 years old will need to purchase a pass for entry. With that said, we do not recommend bringing young children to a festival of this size. Guests must be 21+ to consume alcoholic beverages.

This experience includes (collectively, the "Experience"): two (2) '3-Day VIP Wonderfull" tickets ("Tickets") to Wonderfront Music & Arts Festival on Friday through Sunday, May 10-12, 2024 ("Festival"). Further, the Tickets include all the above inclusions plus: VIP only upgraded restroom trailers, additional entrance/exit points added to the VIP space, and first right to renew your VIP passes in 2025. The Experience is valid only for the Festival on Friday through Sunday, May 10-12, 2024, at Embarcadero Marina Park North located at 100 The Embarcadero, San Diego, CA 92101 ("Venue"). Experience may not be transferred to other Experience dates, exchanged for Venue credit, and may not be resold.

The winning bidder ("Member") will receive their Tickets to the Festival via FedEx within one (1) week prior to the Festival. Tickets are non-removable and non-transferable. Do NOT remove between days, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, April 11, 2024, and; 2) confirm receipt of all shipped credentials no later than Monday, May 6, 2024. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund.

Please note: The 2024 performing artists at the Festival are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at Festival discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific artists' performance during the Festival dates. Viewing areas are unassigned and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Festival, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes in the participating artists or Festival schedule.

For the safety of everyone entering the Festival, all patrons are subject to a full and complete airport-style search prior to entry. By placing a bid on this package, the Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") agree to submit to a full body pat-down before entry. Guests that refuse to comply with the search policy will be refused entry into the Festival. Screening of children will always take place with the consent of a parent or guardian. All bags will be searched before entry. By placing a bid on this package, the Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Venue, as listed on the Festival website here.

Festival reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from Guests who it or Festival/Venue personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Festival/Venue policy or law, or may bring the Festival into disrepute.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. User is responsible for all bids placed on experiences, including bids placed on multiple packages of the same experience. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final, and no mileage refunds will be made.
