This experience includes: accommodations for four (4) guests for three (3) nights in one (1) Resort Two Bedroom Suite, checking-in Thursday, August 1, 2024, and checking-out Sunday, August 4, 2024, at Stein Eriksen Residences in Deer Valley, UT (the "Stay"); one (1) Stein Alpenglobe dinner for four (4) guests at the Mountain Lodge on Friday, August 2, 2024 at 7:30pm MT ("Alpenglobe Dinner"); one (1) $400 USD resort credit ("Resort Credit"); daily breakfast buffet for four (4) guests in the 7880 Club during the Stay ("Daily Breakfast"), and; all taxes and gratuities associated with all package inclusions (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, the Stay includes: one (1) king bed room, one (1) twin bunk bed room, one (1) outdoor deck, one (1) fully equipped kitchen, one (1) separate dining area, two (2) spacious full baths, one (1) half bath, one (1) inviting living area with a linear gas fireplace, one (1) washer, one (1) dryer, and; bathroom amenities. This offer is valid only for the dates listed above and cannot be combined with other offers, rescheduled, exchanged for property credit, or resold. Stein Eriksen Residences is located at 6702 Stein Cir, Park City, UT 84060 (the "Property"). Property amenities include: restaurant, bar, lounge, shuttle service to Historic Main Street and throughout Park City, valet parking in a covered garage, luxury onsite spa, indoor/outdoor heated infinity pool and hot tubs, state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor fire pits and terraces, family game room; and, a knowledgeable 24/7 Concierge team (collectively, "Property Amenities").
The winning bidder ("Member") is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, May 9, 2024; 2) submit any dietary restrictions or allergies in consideration of the Alpenglobe Dinner provided in this package no later than Monday, July 1, 2024; 3) confirm receipt of all Stay details provided by the Property and SkyMiles Experiences prior to the Experience, no later than Monday, July 1, 2024. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no refund. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
*The Alpenglobe Dinner is good for four (4) guests only and will take place on Friday, August 2, 2024, at 7:30pm MT at the Mountain Lodge ("Restaurant"). The Alpenglobe Dinner will last approximately 90-minutes and the dining menu will be the same as Stein Eriksen Lodge's Troll Hallen Lounge. All components of this meal, including taxes and gratuities, are included. The Resort Credit will not be applied to the Alpenglobe Dinner. The Member and their three (3) guests (collectively, "Guests") may submit their dietary restrictions/allergies to their Delta SkyMiles Experiences contact, but please note that substitutions or alternative menu items may not be available. Guests with strict dietary requirements and/or allergies are responsible for communicating their dietary needs to onsite staff for the Alpenglobe Dinner and Daily Breakfast and are expected to avoid all food and beverage items which they may be allergic to or have otherwise removed from their diet. The Daily Breakfast is available to Guests Friday through Sunday, August 2-4, 2024 between 7:00am-10:00am MT.
**The Resort Credit will be applied to Member's folio upon check-in and any remaining balance will be removed from Member's folio at time of check-out. The Resort Credit is good for any Stein Collection property onsite dining, any Stein Collection property onsite spa services (The Spa, Silver Aspen Spa, or Le Spa), onsite ski rentals at Stein Eriksen Sport shop (book rentals online and in advance), and local area activities booked through the property's onsite concierge.
Check-in for the Stay will be Thursday, August 1, 2024, at 4:00pm local time and check-out will be Sunday, August 4, 2024 at 11:00am local time. No time or date change requests will be granted. Member must provide a valid credit card at the time of check-in for security and incidentals. Member is responsible for all incidentals as part of their stay and a daily resort fee of $45 USD, which includes in-town shuttle transportation services to and from Park City's Historic Main Street, sitewide, wireless Internet access, business center access, access to the fitness center, heated pool, ski valet, and ski locker rooms. This offer is for four (4) guests and is not available for group bookings or any additional guests. Offer is non-transferrable, and the Member must be the primary reservation holder in attendance. Upgrades are not permitted and are not valid on existing reservations. This package is only able to redeem for a new reservation on the Stay dates listed above. Extended stays are subject to Property's availability, are not guaranteed, and if any upgrade or room change is permitted, the incurred cost will be the Member's responsibility for payment. Rates for additional nights are based on published rates. If the Member chooses to extend their stay in the Deer Valley area, it is the Member's responsibility to reach out to the Property directly. The Stay does not include costs for transportation, food and beverage, spa treatments, or any other optional activities unless otherwise listed above. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
All Property photography is representative of the Property but may not include photographs of the eligible Stay room; some variations may be applicable; specific Stay room may be subject to change.
The Member will be introduced to a Property representative closer to their stay to coordinate arrival logistics and receive final details regarding their Experience.
This package does not include airfare, pre/post hotels, additional gratuities, ground transportation while at the Property, travel insurance, excursions, food and beverage, or other optional activities, incidentals, and expenses not specified above. The Property does not cover costs for any other optional activities offered outside of this Delta SkyMiles Experiences package.
Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situations: the scheduled travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate from this SkyMiles Experiences package are at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
By placing a bid on this package, the Member and their guest agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Property and Restaurant, as listed here.Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
