All guests must be 18 years or older to utilize all aspects of this experience.

Guests must submit an online registration form providing a valid photo ID, birth date, phone number, and email prior to the Experience in order to receive the Pre-Race Access Passes. Be advised that individuals may only register for VIP Passes up to four (4) NASCAR weekends during the 2024 season. Individuals who've already registered for VIP Passes during four (4) NASCAR weekends will be ineligible to receive VIP Passes at this Experience.

This experience includes: two (2) '1-Day Green Room' Lounge passes ("Lounge Passes") to the NASCAR Ally 400 race at Nashville Superspeedway on Sunday, June 30, 2024 ("Event"); two (2) 1-Day Pre-Race Access Passes for Sunday, June 30, 2024 ("Pre-Race Access Passes"); one (1) 1-Day VIP Parking Pass or Sunday, June 30, 2024 ("Parking Pass"), and; two (2) hats signed by a NASCAR driver ("Autographed Hats") (collectively, "Experience"). The Experience is valid only for the Ally 400 race on Sunday, June 30, 2024 ("Ally 400") at Nashville Superspeedway located at 4847-F McCrary Road, Lebanon, TN 37090 ("Track"). Experience may not be transferred to other NASCAR races, exchanged for Track credit or cash, and may not be resold.

The Lounge Passes, Pre-Race Access Passes, and Parking Pass will be distributed digitally via Ticketmaster to the winning bidder ("Member") prior to the Event. Pre-Race Access Passes will give Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") access to the Ally 400 pre-race concert, Infield Turn 4 viewing experience, and pre-race activities including driver introductions. Autographed Hats will be signed by a NASCAR driver. The exact driver signing the Autographed Hats is at the discretion of NASCAR and Nashville Superspeedway. Autographed Hats will be mailed to the Member post-race via FedEx.

Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, April 25, 2024, and; 2) confirm receipt of the Lounge Passes, Pre-Race Access Passes, and Parking Pass with their SkyMiles Experiences Representative by Thursday, June 20, 2024, 10 days prior to the event start date on Sunday, June 30, 2024. Failure to confirm either of the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund.

Parts of this experience will take place within an indoor, shared hospitality club. Additional guests including other SkyMiles Experiences guests may be in attendance within the space.

All Nashville Superspeedway event dates and times are subject to change due to weather and race delays. Delta Air Lines, SkyMiles Experiences, NASCAR Enterprises, and Nashville Superspeedway are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in event schedule due to weather and race delays. Refunds will not be granted for any schedule changes in the event.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, lodging accommodations, flight, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
