*Viewing area will have limited capacity, which is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The artists performing at the festival reserve the right to re-arrange or close dedicated viewing areas during their performances. Lollapalooza, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes to viewing area arrangements. 

Lollapalooza in is an event suitable for all ages, but all guests must be 21+ to consume alcoholic beverages. Children 8 years-old and younger are free and do not need a wristband.

This experience includes (collectively, the "Experience"): two (2) '4-Day VIP' passes ("Wristbands") to Lollapalooza on Thursday through Sunday, August 1-4, 2024, at Grant Park in Chicago, IL ("Festival"). Further, Wristbands include all the above inclusions plus a dedicated Festival Concierge to assist with festival needs, and dedicated food for purchase. The Experience is valid only for the Festival on Thursday through Sunday, August 1-4, 2024, at Grant Park located at 1000 S Columbus Dr, Chicago, IL 60605 ("Venue"). Experience may not be transferred to other performance dates, exchanged for venue credit, and may not be resold.

The winning bidder ("Member") will receive their Wristbands via FedEx within one (1) week prior to the Festival. Wristbands are non-removable and non-transferable. Do NOT remove between days, stretch or tamper with your Wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder.

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, May 16, 2024; 2) confirm receipt of all shipped Wristbands no later than Saturday, July 27, 2024, five (5) days before the Experience. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

Please note: The 2024 performing artists at the Festival are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at the Festival's discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific artists' performance during the Festival dates. Set times will be announced closer to the Festival dates on their website, www.lollapalooza.com. Viewing areas are unassigned and available on a first come, first served basis. The Festival, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes in the participating artists or Festival schedule.

‍‍For the safety of everyone entering the Festival, all patrons are subject to a full and complete airport-style search prior to entry. By purchasing a ticket, the Member and their guest (collectively, "Guests") agree to submit to a full body pat-down before entry. Guests that refuse to comply with the search policy will be refused entry into the Festival. Screening of children will always take place with the consent of a parent or guardian. All bags will be searched before entry. By placing a bid on this package, the Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Venue, as listed on the Festival website here.

Festival reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from Guests who it or Festival/Venue personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Festival/Venue policy or law, or may bring the Festival into disrepute.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. User is responsible for all bids placed on experiences, including bids placed on multiple packages of the same experience. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final, and no mileage refunds will be made.

C3 PRESENTS, LLC; CARING & DARING, LLC; LOLLAPALOOZA, LLC; AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AND AFFILIATES (THE "PROMOTER PARTIES") ARE NOT SPONSORS OF AND ARE IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR THIS PROMOTION OR AUCTION INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE PROMOTION OR AUCTION OR THE VERIFICATION OF WINNING BIDDERS.  ALL INQUIRIES REGARDING THIS PROMOTION OR AUCTION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE DELTA AIR LINES, INC. AS STATED IN THE USER AGREEMENT AND NOT TO THE PROMOTER PARTIES. THE PROMOTER PARTIES WILL BE RELEASED, INDEMNIFIED, AND HELD HARMLESS, AND FURTHER MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS AND/OR WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN THE SAME MANNER AS THE DELTA ENTITIES AS STATED IN THE USER AGREEMENT.
