All attending guests must be 21 years of age or older. No exceptions.

This experience includes: access for two (2) to the Private Glenfiddich Dinner with Chef Suzanne Goin at the home of Chef Suzanne Goin on Saturday, May 11, 2024, from 6:30-9:30pm PT ("Event"); multi-course dinner with Glenfiddich pairings and dessert served during the Event ("Meal"); one (1) autographed copy of Chef Suzanne Goin's cookbook, The A.O.C. Cookbook ("Cookbook"), and; one (1) photo with Chef Suzanne Goin ("Photo"); (collectively, "Experience"). The Experience is valid only for the Private Glenfiddich Dinner with Chef Suzanne Goin Event on Saturday, May 11, 2024, from 6:30-9:30pm PT at the home of Chef Suzanne Goin ("Venue"), and may not be resold, rescheduled, transferred, exchanged for credit, cash, or a different event hosted by The Ombrello Agency ("Ombrello Agency"). Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning SkyMiles member ("Member").

Venue address will be shared with the Member on Thursday, May 9, 2024.

The two (2) tickets to the Event ("Tickets") will be sent to the Member digitally via Tock no later than Monday, May 6, 2024.  The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Saturday, April 27, 2024; 2) confirm receipt of the digital tickets and Venue address prior to the Event, no later than Thursday, May 9, 2024. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund.

The Meal will be predetermined at the discretion of Ombrello Agency. Due to the nature of this Event, Ombrello Agency will be unable to accommodate dietary restrictions. The Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") will be responsible for avoiding food and beverage items that contain ingredients that they may be allergic to or otherwise choose to remove from their diet. Substitutions will not be available. Ombrello Agency, SkyMiles Experiences, and Delta Air Lines are not responsible for accommodating dietary requests.

The Cookbook will be provided to guests upon departure from the Event on the evening of Saturday, May 11, 2024. The Photo of Guests with Chef Suzanne Goin will take place at the end of the Event and Photo will be taken with Member's phone. Guests will be seated next to other attendees at the Event.

There will be NO available parking or valet at the Venue. Guests are required to be dropped off at and picked up from the Venue on Saturday, May 11, 2024. The Event will take place rain or shine. In the rare instance where the Event must be canceled or rescheduled by Ombrello Agency due to an unforeseen circumstance, the Member will be notified and provided with the rescheduled date for the Event. Delta Air Lines, Ombrello Agency, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for cancellations or changes to the event schedule.

Ombrello Agency reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any Guests who it or Venue personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Event/Venue policy or law, or may bring Ombrello Agency into disrepute.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
