This package includes: accommodations for two (2) guests for two (2) nights in one (1) Double Occupancy Guest Room at SingleThread Inn in Healdsburg, CA (the "Stay"); daily breakfast for two (2) guests at SingleThread Inn throughout the Stay ("Daily Breakfast"); one (1) SingleThread Farm Tour for two (2) guests ("Farm Tour"); one (1) 10-course tasting menu with a wine pairing for two (2) guests at SingleThread Restaurant ("Dinner"), and; all taxes and gratuities associated with all package inclusions (collectively, the "Experience"). SingleThread Inn and Restaurant is located at 131 North St, Healdsburg, CA 95448 (the "Property") and SingleThread Farm is located at 2836 Dry Creek Road, Healdsburg, CA 95448 (the "Farm"). This offer cannot be combined with other offers, rescheduled, exchanged for Property credit, or resold.
*This Experience is redeemable through Monday, December 30, 2024, and is based on Property availability. This offer is not valid after Monday, December 30, 2024, and booking requests after Saturday, December 28, 2024, will not be granted. The winning bidder ("Member") will be introduced to a SingleThread Reservations Representative ("SingleThread Representative") after the auction closes to request a Stay, Restaurant, and Farm Tour date and time ("Scheduling Requests"). Scheduling Requests must be submitted to the designated SingleThread Representative at least one (1) month before the desired Experience dates. All reservation dates and times are subject to Property availability and seasonality. Once finalized with the SingleThread Representative, the confirmed Experience dates ("Confirmed Experience Dates") may not be rescheduled by the Member. This offer is not valid during the following blackout dates: Friday-Monday, May 24-27, 2024; Thursday, July 4, 2024; Friday-Monday, August 30-September 2, 2024; Friday-Monday, October 11-14, 2024; Thursday, November 28, 2024; Tuesday-Wednesday, December 24-25, 2024; and Tuesday, December 31, 2024.
The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, May 9, 2024; 2) submit Scheduling Request no later than one (1) month prior to desired Experience dates; 3) acknowledge receipt of the Confirmed Experience Dates once finalized with the SingleThread Representative, and; 4) submit all dietary restrictions and/or allergies to SingleThread Representative no later than two (2) weeks prior to the Confirmed Experience Dates. Failure to confirm any of the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no miles refund. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
The Stay cannot be combined with other offers. Upgrades are not permitted and are not valid on existing reservations. This package is only able to redeem for a new reservation. Extended stays are subject to Property's availability, are not guaranteed, and if any upgrade or room change is permitted, the incurred cost will be the Member's responsibility for payment. Rates for additional nights are based on published rates. If the Member chooses to extend their Stay in the Healdsburg area, it is the Member's responsibility to reach out to the Property directly. The Double Occupancy Guest Room as listed in this package is for two (2) guests only and no additional guests will be granted permission to stay. Check-in is at 3:00pm PT on the designated check-in date, check-out is at 11:00am PT on the designated check-out date, and no time or date change requests will be granted. The Member must provide a valid credit card for security. Guests are responsible for all incidentals as part of their stay. Cancellation within 30 days of the designated check-out date will result in forfeiture of miles redeemed for this auction item. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package are at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
The Daily Breakfast is included each day apart from the arrival day. Alcoholic drinks are not included with the Daily Breakfast. The Property is able to accommodate most dietary restrictions for the Daily Breakfast, but substitutions and special requests may not be available.
The Farm Tour is approximately 1-hour long. Reservations for the Farm Tour must be made two (2) weeks or more in advance of the desired Farm Tour date. The Farm Tour is weather permitting. The Farm is an approximate 10-minute drive from the Property. Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the Farm and Property.
The Dinner will feature a ten-course tasting menu customized at the sole discretion of the Property and on-site chefs. The Property is able to accommodate most dietary restrictions for the Dinner, but substitutions and special requests may not be available. The Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") will be asked to provide any dietary needs at least two (2) weeks in advance of the Experience to the SingleThread Representative. The Property's facility uses nuts, soy, dairy, shellfish, and gluten - it is strongly advised that Guests with extreme allergies are aware that these items are used in close proximity. Due to the prevalence of soy and rice products, sea salt, and sea plants in the menu, the Property is unable to adjust for soy, rice, sea salt, and sea plant allergies. Many dishes contain cooked alcohol such as mirin, sake, and extracts. Reservations must be scheduled through the designated SingleThread Representative.
In the event the Confirmed Experience Dates chosen must be canceled or rescheduled by the Property and Farm due to an unforeseen circumstance or Property and/or Farm buyout, the Member will be notified and provided with alternative dates and times for rescheduling.
All Property photography is representative of the Property but may not include photographs of the eligible room; some variations may be applicable; specific room may be subject to change.
Airfare is not included in this Experience. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the Guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situations: the scheduled travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta.
By placing a bid on this package, the Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Property, as listed here.
Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
