Guests must be 13 years or older to attend this event. If the winning SkyMiles Member ("Member") chooses to have a minor attend the show, the other attending guest must be an adult 18 years or older.
This experience includes: two (2) Premium Floor Seat tickets to the 59th Academy of Country Music Awards ("Tickets") on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 7:00pm CT in Frisco, Texas (the "Event") (collectively, "Experience"). Experience is valid only for Thursday, May 16, 2024 at Ford Center at The Star located at 9 Cowboys Way, Frisco, TX, 75034 ("Venue") and may not be exchanged, transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash.
Tickets will be available to pick up at will call on-site on the day of the Event to the Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests"). Exact floor seat locations are to be determined at the discretion of the ACM Awards ticketing team.
Doors for the Event open at 5:00pm CT and close at 6:45pm CT. The show will begin promptly at 7:00pm CT. Guests that arrive late may not be permitted to attend the show and no mileage refunds will be made. As this is a live to tape event, no ins or outs will be permitted. The show will conclude at 9:00pm CT.
The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, April 25, 2024. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no miles refund.
Please note: The 2024 hosts, nominees, performers, and presenters at the Event are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at Event discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific artists' performance or appearance during the Event date. More information will be announced closer to the Event dates on their website, www.acmcountry.com/59ACMawards. The Event, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes in the participating hosts, nominees, performers, presenters, or Event schedule.
This package does not include access to talent of any kind during this Event as scheduled on Thursday, May 16, 2024. This package does not include access to the red carpet or any other Academy of Country Music events and is exclusively for the ACM Awards in Frisco, TX on Thursday, May 16, 2024.
This package does not include any kind of VIP or express entry. Guests may be required to wait in line to enter the Venue. Please allow for extra time to pass through security.
Parking is not included in this package, however, there will be parking available on-site at the Venue.
The Academy of Country Music and its affiliates ("Producer") are not responsible if the Event is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason, and the Member will not be reimbursed for Tickets. The performances at the Event are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at the sole discretion of Producer. Attending Guests must comply with any and all applicable (i) federal, state, and/or local government and/or agency laws, orders, rules, regulations, and guidelines; (ii) rules, regulations, and restrictions of the Venue, and (iii) Producer's regulations, protocols, and guidelines. Member understands and agrees that Producer has the right, in its sole discretion, to deny entry to or remove Member and/or their guest from the Event at any time without compensation for violating the foregoing, and/or if Guest's behavior at any point is uncooperative or disruptive, may or does cause damage to person, property, or the reputation of Producer or the Event. No one may be admitted to the Event without the proper ticket, passes, or other evidence of access or after the Event begins. Tickets may be subject to Producer or the venue's standard rain-check policies and procedures.
Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Subject to all rules, policies, terms, and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made. If bidding on multiple packages, be advised that members are responsible for all packages won. Refunds will not be provided for any duplicate packages won from the same experience or otherwise.
