All guests must be at least 21 years old to participate in this experience. A valid matching photo ID is required. Please note, strobe lights, haze, and incense are utilized during this production.
This experience includes: two (2) 'VIP Tickets' to the Cocktail Magique by Company XIV on Friday, June 14, 2024 at 8:00pm ET ("VIP Tickets") at the Cocktail Magique Theatre in Brooklyn, NY ("Show") (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, VIP Tickets include: pre-show private tarot card reading for two (2) in the Fortune Teller's den with a cocktail ("Tarot Reading"); Magique Luxe Couch seating for two (2), with a coursed cocktail tasting and other treats ("Magique Luxe Couch"); access for two (2) to the post-show meet and greet and photo opportunity with the performers ("Meet & Greet"), and; one (1) take-home limited edition keepsake tarot card deck by Salvador Dalí ("Tarot Deck"). The Experience is valid only for the Show on Friday, June 14, 2024 at 8:00pm ET at Cocktail Magique Theatre located at 17 Wyckoff Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11237 ("Venue"). Experience may not be transferred to other dates, exchanged for venue credit, and may not be resold.
The winning member ("Member") is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Tuesday, May 21, 2024; 2) confirm receipt of their VIP Tickets with their SkyMiles Experiences Representative by Tuesday, June 11, 2024. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
The Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") will receive their VIP Tickets electronically via email within one (1) week prior the Show. The exact location of the Magique Luxe Couch is to be determined at the discretion of the Venue but will be located center stage.
The talent is subject to change at the Show's discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific talent members' participation during this Show as scheduled on Friday, June 14, 2024 at 8:00pm ET. The Venue, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes in the cast or crew.
Guests may not bring any food or beverages inside the Venue. Guests who bring in outside food or beverage will be removed from the Venue.
The Show is approximately 120 minutes with one (1) intermission. Guests must arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled Show start time to check-in for the Tarot Reading. Doors open 30 minutes prior to the Show. Please note that latecomers may not be able to access their seats.
The Meet & Greet will take place immediately after the conclusion of the show at the Venue's speakeasy bar. The Meet & Greet will last approximately ten (10) minutes and will allow Guests to interact with performers and take one (1) photo. Autographs and other requests are not guaranteed when taking a photo. The length is subject to change at the talent's discretion. Please note there will be other Delta SkyMiles Experiences guests at the Meet and Greet.
Guests may only use their phone to capture images for the purpose of sharing on social media. Flash is not permitted. Professional photography is not permitted inside the venue. Please don't bring professional photography equipment to the Venue. Guests who engage in flash photography or professional photography will be ejected.
Service Providers reserve the right to refuse service for any reason. Intoxicated Guests will not be served.
Touching Service Provider employees is strictly forbidden. Guests who touch an employee will be ejected. Talking must be minimal and at an appropriate volume, especially while the performance is in progress. Guests who engage in loud and/or excessive talking will be ejected.
Guests agree that the Show for which you bid on tickets is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the Venue where the Show occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the Show. Guests grant permission to the event producers, their partners, licensees and assigns, including but not limited to their brand and media partners, to utilize name, image, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during or after play or performance) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter developed, without further authorization from, or compensation to, Guests or anyone acting on their behalf.
By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Venue, as listed here.
Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final, and no mileage refunds will be made.
