Barefoot Country Music Fest is an event suitable for all ages, but all guests must be 21+ and have a valid ID to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages. Children under the age of 10 are free and do not need a wristband.
This experience includes: two (2) '4-Day Super VIP' tickets ("Wristbands") to Barefoot Country Music Fest on Thursday-Sunday, June 20-23, 2024 in Wildwood, NJ ("Festival"); two (2) Meet and Greet Passes to meet a Festival artist ("Meet and Greet"), and one (1) 4-day Beach Parking Pass ("Parking Pass") (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, Wristbands include all of the above inclusions plus: posh, private SVIP-only restrooms, free activities, and re-entry all weekend (entry closes nightly at 11:00PM). The Experience is valid only for the Festival on Thursday-Sunday, June 20-23, 2024, located at 3601 Boardwalk, Wildwood, NJ 08260 ("Venue"). Experience may not be transferred to other events, exchanged for Festival credit, and may not be resold.
The winning bidder ("Member") will receive their Wristbands via FedEx no later than one (1) week prior to the Festival. In the unlikely event that Wristbands are lost in transit by FedEx, SkyMiles Experiences will make alternative arrangements for the Member to pick-up Wristbands on-site at the Festival's will-call or box-office ("Will-Call") or other available options such as overnight shipping ("Alternate Wristband Delivery Options"). Refunds will not be offered for Wristbands lost by FedEx, except for in the unlikely event that Alternate Wristband Delivery Options are unavailable. Wristbands are non-removable and non-transferable. Do NOT remove between days, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder. Please note, other than the inclusions listed above, food and beverage are not included in this package. Additional food and beverage will be available for purchase.
The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, May 2, 2024; 2) confirm receipt of all shipped credentials no later than Thursday, June 13, 2024, 7 days before Festival begins. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
Member will be emailed instructions for Meet and Greet the week of the Festival. Meet and Greet artist ("Artist") and time/location of the Meet and Greet are to be determined at the discretion of the Festival. Meet and Greet does not guarantee participation from any specific Artist. Festival, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any scheduling conflicts with the Member pertaining to the Meet and Greet once confirmed.
Festival is a rain or shine event.
For the safety of everyone entering the Festival, all patrons are subject to a full and complete search prior to entry. Persons that refuse to comply with the search policy will be refused entry into the Festival. Screening of children will always take place with the consent of a parent or guardian. All bags will be searched before entry. By placing a bid on this package, the Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Venue, as listed on the festival website here. Guests must abide by all Festival/Venue policies. Festival reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner's guest who it or Festival/venue personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Festival/venue policy or law, or may bring the Festival into disrepute. Resale of Wristbands is prohibited.
Please note: The 2024 performing artists at the Festival are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at Festival discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific artists' performance during the Festival dates. Set times will be announced closer to the Festival dates. Festival, Venue, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes in the participating artists.
All viewing areas are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The artists performing at the Festival reserve the right to re-arrange or close dedicated viewing areas during their performances. The Festival, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes to viewing area arrangements.
Vehicles taking advantage of the Parking Pass are solely responsible for ensuring their vehicles can safely and successfully enter and exit the parking area without assistance. Vehicles must be AWD or 4WD and cannot exceed 8 feet 6 inches in height. Vehicles that are unable to leave the parking area will be removed at the cost and risk of the vehicle owner.
Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. User is responsible for all bids placed on experiences, including bids placed on multiple packages of the same experience. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final, and no mileage refunds will be made.
When you enter the Barefoot Country Music Fest ("BCMF") event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by BCMF and its affiliates / representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar BCMF events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of BCMF. You release BCMF, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment of royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by BCMF or the person or entity designated to do so by BCMF. When you enter BCMF, you have consented, waiver of liability.
