All attendees must be 21+ years of age in order to attend the events listed above. Valid IDs will be checked upon entrance of all events.
This experience includes: Two (2) '2-Day Grand Tasting Tickets' ("Tickets") to Vail Craft Beer Classic on Friday, June 14 - Saturday, June 15, 2024 in Vail, CO ("Event"), and two (2) Exclusive Merch Packages including (1) Vail Craft Beer Classic branded beer glass and one (1) Vail Craft Beer Classic t-shirt, size large ("Merch Packages") (collectively, the "Experience"). This Experience is valid only for the dates of Friday, June 14 through Saturday, June 15, 2024, located at 141 E Meadow Dr, Vail, CO 81657 ("Venue"). Experience may not be transferred to other events, exchanged for credit or cash, and may not be resold.
The winning member ("Member") is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Friday, May 24, 2024; 2) submit any dietary allergies or restrictions to SkyMiles Experiences no later than Friday, May 24, 2024, 2024; 3) Confirm receipt of the Lounge Tickets with their SkyMiles Experiences Representative by Monday, June 10, 2024, 4 days prior to the event start date on Friday, June 14, 2024. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
The Member and their guest (collectively, "Guests") will receive a confirmation email from a SkyMiles Experiences representative ("Representative") confirming their registrations for the Event. Member will receive their Tickets via email at least one (1) week before Event. Member will pick up their Merch Packages on-site at Event on Friday, June 14, 2024. Full details on Merch Package pick-up will be provided to the Member prior to the event.
The 2024 participating food and beverage chefs and vendors at the Event are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at Vail Craft Beer Classic's discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific chefs or vendors during the festival dates the attending guests have access to on Friday, June 14 - Saturday, June 15, 2024. Event will showcase over 300 different beer and spirit examples. Food trucks will be available during Event. Vail Craft Beer Classic, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the schedule or event. Event will most likely take place rain or shine.
Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Event, as listed here.
Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. User is responsible for all bids placed on experiences, including bids placed on multiple packages of the same experience. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
