Any guests under the age of 20 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. No exceptions.
This experience includes: accommodations for two (2) guests in one (1) double occupancy 'Balcony Cabin' for four (4) nights on the Norwegian Jade ("Ship") departing from Miami, Florida, USA and traveling to Nassau and Great Stirrup Cay, Bahamas Monday through Friday, October 14-18, 2024 (the "Event"); five (5) day access for two (2) to all Bananaland at Sea programming over the dates of Monday through Friday, October 14-18, 2024 aboard the Ship (the "Programming") (collectively, the "Experience").
*The Experience includes the following onboard amenities and programming: all meals across all dining rooms, casual restaurants and buffets; non-carbonated, non-alcoholic beverages (ie. filtered water, non-pressed juices, teas, and drip-coffee); access to the Ship's onboard facilities such as the pool, hot tubs, health and fitness center, full-size sports court, casino, and Youth Program facilities (if bringing children); This offer is valid only for the dates listed above and cannot be combined with other offers, rescheduled, exchanged for Experience credit, or resold.
The winning bidder ("Member") is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than six (6) weeks prior to sailing; 2) confirm receipt of all travel and event details provided by Sixthman Cruises ("Sixthman") and SkyMiles Experiences prior to the Event, no later than four (4) weeks prior to sailing. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no refund. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

The Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") are responsible for sourcing and purchasing their own travel arrangements to and from Miami, Florida and the Port of Miami Terminal including airfare, ground transportation and any additional transportation types. Guests will be able to begin boarding the Norwegian Jade around 12:00pm ET on Monday, October 14, 2024. Guests must be on board the Norwegian Jade no later than 3:00pm ET on Monday, October 14, 2024, as the cruise sets sail at approximately 3:30pm ET. Guests who arrive late to Norwegian Jade boarding on Monday, October 14, 2024 will not be able to board and will not be refunded for this experience. To board, guests are required to carry a valid passport, not expiring within six (6) months of the return of the cruise. When booking flights, we recommend that guests arrive in Miami no later than 12:00pm ET, or in Ft. Lauderdale no later than 11:00am ET on Monday, October 14, 2024. Return flights should be arranged to leave Miami after 12:00pm ET on Friday, October 18, 2024 or leave Ft. Lauderdale after 1:00pm ET.
This Experience is valid for two (2) people only, as defined above. Additional guests and upgrades to a higher category cabin are subject to prevailing rates at an additional cost to the Member and granted based on availability and at the discretion of Sixthman. Travel protection packages are available for purchase through Sixthman Guest Services. This Experience does not include the optional activities or additional costs, including but not limited to, spa charges, gambling, alcoholic beverages, carbonated soft drinks, bottled water, specialty restaurant cover charges, room service convenience charge, on-shore activities or tours, events or meals in the ports of call, pre-cruise or post-cruise hotels, airfare, Wi-Fi, or ground transportation, and are the responsibility of the attending Guests. The Member is responsible for the payment of gratuities which are $20.00* per person per day for Interiors, Ocean Views, Balconies, and Club Balcony Suites and $25.00* per person per day for Suites. Such charges will be added to the attendees' on-board spending account and collected on the final day of the cruise. All additional gratuities charged during the duration of this experience are at the full responsibility of the attending guests and will not be covered by Delta Air Lines or SkyMiles Experiences (collectively, "Delta").
The Member will be connected with a Sixthman Guest Services team member to confirm their Experience within a week of purchase through the SkyMiles Experiences site. The access for two (2) to Programming is for general admission access and no upgraded seats, tickets or access are available. Please note there may be limited availability for selected items and experiences including but not limited to seating, food and beverages. Prompt arrival is suggested. There are performances where capacity is limited, however the artists perform multiple times during the cruise. Any additional purchases made outside of the Experience is at the responsibility of the Member. Due to stage placement and weather conditions, some pools and hot tubs may be closed for safety during the cruise.
The performing artists at the Event are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at the Event's discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific artist performances or talent appearances during the Event as scheduled on Monday, October 14 - Friday, October 18, 2024. Sixthman, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any schedule changes or cancellations. This package does not guarantee access to talent of any kind.
For utilizing the Youth Program onboard, please note from time to time, adjustments are made to children's program hours and locations as required by our scheduled activities.
A minor is defined as an individual under 18 years of age as of October 14, 2024. A young adult is defined as an individual between the ages of 18 and 20 as of October 14, 2024. An adult is defined as someone 21 years of age or older as of October 14, 2024. Minors and young adults must be accompanied by an adult in the same stateroom. Minors traveling with an accompanying adult, who is not the minor's parent or legal guardian, must have a Parent/Guardian Consent Release Form (PDF) that authorizes the minor's travel and further authorizes medical treatment in case of an emergency must be delivered to a Norwegian representative at the pier during check-in. Failure to produce this letter at embarkation may result in boarding being denied, with no refund of cruise fare provided. Infants sailing onboard a Norwegian vessel must be at least six months of age at time of sailing. Note: Two people under the age of 21 may travel together in the same stateroom if they are a married couple and provide proof of marriage to a Norwegian representative at the pier before embarkation. Guest ages will be verified at embarkation. Guests not conforming to this policy will be denied boarding and assessed a 100% cancelation penalty. NO exceptions will be made at embarkation.
At time of package redemption, please discuss any accessibility needs with the Sixthman Guest Services team, at least 30 days in advance of Monday, October 14, 2024, if you feel you may have special accessibility requests and to gain more details on any accommodations that can be made, if available. Member and his/her guests shall not be permitted to bring pets or other animals in or around the Sixthman cruise ship with the exception of service animals for persons with disabilities as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended.
At time of package redemption, please discuss any medical dietary needs with the Sixthman Guest Services team, at least 30 days in advance of Monday, October 14, 2024, so Sixthman can arrange to have no sugar, low sodium meals, and gluten free items for guests with those specific medical dietary restrictions upon request. Refrigerators are available in all staterooms for storing insulin.
Given the worldwide relaxation of global protocols and travel requirements, Norwegian Cruise Line and Sixthman have updated protocols to further align to those of the broader travel, leisure and hospitality industry, making it easier for guests to return to sea. Effective for all sailings as of October 4, 2022, all guests are welcome to sail, regardless of vaccination status and age, and with no testing or masking requirements. Please note that destination specific travel requirements supersede any NCL embarkation protocols. Visit ncl.com/travel-requirements-by-country for more details. There may be additional testing requirements and/or entry forms for certain embarkation ports and/or ports of call along an itinerary. We encourage the Member to check ncl.com/travel-requirements-by-country as the vacation approaches, as regulations may change, and make sure to complete any necessary forms before leaving home.
This package does not include airfare, pre/post hotels, gratuities, ground transportation, carbonated beverages, alcoholic beverages, on-shore meals, specialty dining charges, Wi-Fi, boutique purchases, telephone calls, and other incidentals and expenses not specified above. The Property does not cover costs for any other optional activities offered outside of this Delta SkyMiles Experiences package.
Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta.
By placing a bid on this package, the Member and their guest agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by Sixthman and the Event, as listed here.
Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
