All attending guests must be 21 years of age or older.

This experience includes: one (1) guaranteed reservation for two (2) guests at Hot and Hot Fish Club on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at 6:30pm CT in Birmingham, AL ("Reservation"); one (1) $250 gift card for dinner for two (2) guests at Hot and Hot Fish Club ("Gift Card"); one (1) autographed cookbook, and; one (1) table touch and photo opportunity by Chef Chris Hastings for two (2) guests ("Chef Meet & Greet") (collectively, the "Experience"). This Experience is valid for Thursday, July 11, 2024 at 6:30pm CT at Hot and Hot Fish Club located at 2901 2nd Avenue South, Suite 110, Birmingham, Alabama, 35233 ("Restaurant") only and may not be rescheduled, exchanged for credit, transferred, or resold. The cost of any remaining balance not covered by the Gift Card is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning member ("Member") and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests"). 

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, June 20, 2024; 2) submit all dietary restrictions and/or allergies to SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, June 20, 2024. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund.

*The Gift Card will be presented to Guests and is to be used at the time of the Reservation.

The Restaurant will make best efforts to accommodate all dietary needs, but substitutions and special requests may not be available.

The Chef Meet & Greet will take place during the Reservation. Exact timing of the Chef Meet & Greet is subject to the Restaurant's discretion.

Parking is not included in this package. Parking is available at Pepper Place located at 2829 2nd Ave S, Birmingham, AL 35205 on a first-come, first-served basis.

In the event the reservation date chosen must be canceled or rescheduled by the Restaurant due to an unforeseen circumstance or Restaurant buyout, the Member will be notified and provided with alternative dates and times for rescheduling.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. User is responsible for all bids placed on experiences, including bids placed on multiple packages of the same experience. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final, and no mileage refunds will be made.
