All attending guests must be 21 years of age or older. 

This experience includes: one (1) guaranteed reservation for two (2) guests at Roots Southern Table on Friday, July 26, 2024 at 6:00pm CT in Farmers Branch, TX ("Reservation"); one (1) multi-course chef-curated tasting menu with cocktail or wine pairings for two (2) guests at Roots Southern Table ("Dinner"); kitchen tour led by chef Tiffany Derry and Tom Foley ("Kitchen Tour"), and; one (1) 'shef Tiffany All Purpose Creole Seasoning ("Take Home Gift") (collectively, the "Experience"). This Experience is valid for Friday, July 26, 2024 at 6:00pm CT at Roots Southern Table located at 13050 Bee Street, Farmers Branch, TX 75234 ("Restaurant") only and may not be rescheduled, exchanged for credit, transferred, or resold. The cost of any supplemental menu items not mentioned herein are the responsibility of the dining guests. 

The winning member ("Member") is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Friday, June 28, 2024; 2) submit all dietary restrictions and/or allergies to SkyMiles Experiences no later than Friday, July 19, 2024, one week prior to the Experience. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund. 

The Dinner includes a preselected menu and substitutions may not be available. The Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") will be asked to provide any dietary needs or restrictions seven (7) days prior to the experience. The Restaurant will make best efforts to accommodate all dietary needs, but substitutions and special requests may not be available. The cost of any supplemental menu items not mentioned herein are the responsibility of the Guests.

The Take Home Gift will be provided to the Member upon departure from the Restaurant the evening of Friday, July 26, 2024. Timing of the Kitchen Tour is at the Restaurant's discretion and will be confirmed closer to the Experience date.

In the event the Reservation must be canceled or rescheduled by the Restaurant due to an unforeseen circumstance or Restaurant buyout, the Member will be notified and provided with alternative dates and times for rescheduling.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. User is responsible for all bids placed on experiences, including bids placed on multiple packages of the same experience. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final, and no mileage refunds will be made.
