At least one (1) attending traveler must be at least 18 years of age or older in order to participate in this package. The minimum age requirement for this tour is 8 years of age. This tour may not be suitable for the mobility impaired. Discover Corps trips are designed as soft adventure experiences, walking, climbing stairs, and in rare cases mild hiking may be required. Please inquire further if you feel you may have difficulty and to gain more details on any accommodations that can be made, if available.

This experience includes: access for two (2) on Discover Corps' Elephants & Islands Expedition for nine (9) days and eight (8) nights in Southern Thailand over the dates of Sunday through Monday, November 17-25, 2024 (the "Tour"); accommodations for two (2) guests for three (3) nights in one (1) double occupancy room at the 5-star My Beach Resort in Panwa Beach from Sunday through Wednesday, November 17-20, 2024, three (3) nights in one (1) double occupancy room at the 5-star The Pavillions Phuket near the elephant sanctuary from Wednesday through Saturday, November 20-23, 2024, and two (2) nights in one (1) double occupancy room at the 4.5 star SAii Koh Phi Phi Island Resort from Saturday through Monday, November 23-25, 2024 (collectively, "Hotel Accommodations"); an active daily itinerary including lectures, day trips and an interactive volunteer assignment alongside a local elephant sanctuary ("Itinerary"); nine (9) breakfasts, six (6) lunches, and seven (7) dinners for two (2) guests ("Meals"), and; reliable in-country transportation with experienced drivers ("Transportation") (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, the Tour includes: admissions and entrance fees to national parks, historic sites and other scheduled events throughout the trip; expert local guides; all gratuities for hotels, meals, baggage and transportation; $50,000 USD emergency medical evacuation insurance, and; 24-hour Discover Corps emergency hotline and turnkey service. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning SkyMiles member ("Member"). This offer is valid only for the Tour dates listed above and cannot be combined with other Discover Corps trips, rescheduled, exchanged for trip credit, property credit, cash, or resold.

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information including the Member and their one (1) guest's (collectively, "Guests") names, email address, mailing address, phone number, and birth date as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, June 27, 2024; 2) confirm receipt of all travel and Experience details provided by Discover Corps and SkyMiles Experiences prior to the Tour, no later than Friday, September 13, 2024. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no refund.

The Hotel Accommodations are for a double-occupancy room only and cannot be combined with other offers. Upgrades are subject to property availability, are not guaranteed, and if any upgrade or room change is permitted, the incurred cost will be the Guests' responsibility for payment. The Hotel Accommodations do not include costs for food and beverage, or any other optional activities offered outside of those listed above with the Experience. The Guests are responsible for all incidentals as part of their stay and must provide a valid credit card at the time of check-in for security and incidentals. If the Guests choose to extend their stay in the area, it is the Guests' responsibility to source a separate hotel. All photography is representative of the Hotel Accommodations but may not include photographs of the eligible rooms; some variations may be applicable; specific room may be subject to change.

The Experience provides access to a group tour of additional Discover Corps travelers. This Tour is not private or exclusive to Delta SkyMiles members and will be attended by other individuals from a range of age, backgrounds, and interests—including solo travelers, couples and friends traveling together.

The Tour activities and schedule are subject to changes or cancellations at Discover Corps' discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific excursions as scheduled during the Experience. Discover Corps, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any schedule/activity changes or cancellations. Discover Corps, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any losses due to cancelled or missed flights, changed flight itineraries, late arrivals, or early departures. Discover Corps reserves the right to make route, hotel, itinerary and trip modifications as required or desirable to improve the trip quality and/or to accommodate the comfort and well-being of guests.

Discover Corps, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any risks associated with Itinerary activities and excursions. In the case of injury or illness, first and foremost, Discover Corps would seek proper medical attention. Discover Corps will have designated medical clinics and hospitals that travelers are taken to in such cases. Discover Corps also includes a comprehensive medical insurance policy for each traveler who goes abroad with them.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that all necessary travel documents are valid, effective, and in their possession for the entire Experience. Passports are required for all U.S. citizens traveling abroad and should be valid for at least 6 months after their date of return. It is recommended Guests apply for or renew a passport early. Other required documents may include visas, permits, and vaccination certificates. Guests assume complete and full responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements.

The ability to accommodate special dietary needs for this Experience is not guaranteed. Guests are expected to be responsible for themselves and their dietary requirements, including avoiding any food or beverage that they may be allergic to or have otherwise chosen to remove from their diets.

Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Discover Corps, as listed on the Tour handbook here. 

It is advised to take local currency for purchasing personal items, souvenirs, tipping, etc. Guests can get the local currency at an airport exchange service, ATM or from a local bank prior to the Tour dates. Please note that many Experience destinations do not accept credit cards for personal purchases.

This package does not include air and other transportation to and from Tour start and termination points, pre/post hotels, airport transfers not listed above, services and meals not listed in the Tour, all expenses during leisure time including admission fees, meals, and beverages, passports or other travel documents, travel insurance or travel protection (i.e., medical insurance, emergency evacuation and similar services), airport arrival/departure fees or country taxes, personal expenses, trip leader and driver gratuity, other ground transportation not listed herein, spa treatments at the Hotel Accommodations, boutique purchases, telephone calls, and other incidentals and expenses not specified above. Unless otherwise specified, this Experience does not include any local taxes or use fees, including foreign departure, security, port charges, park fees, customs, immigration, agricultural, passenger-facility charges or international transportation tax. The Tour does not cover costs for any other optional activities offered outside of this Delta SkyMiles Experiences package. 

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, airfare, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
