Throughout the year, Delta dedicates resources to generate awareness and raise money for BCRF. This culminates with the airlines' annual employee Breast Cancer One Survivor Flight in September to honor Breast Cancer Awareness month.
Since 2005, Delta employees and customers have raised more than $28 million for The Breast Cancer Research Foundation, which translates to over 390,000 hours of research funded as of May 2023.

**Inbound domestic flights to Atlanta, GA on Thursday, September 26th must arrive by 11:00am EST to make the 2:00pm EST Delta One flight to San Diego, CA
All attending guests must be 21 years of age or older. At least one (1) attending guest, whether the bidder, gifted participant, or guest should be a breast cancer survivor. All participants and guests must have a U.S. issued form of identification.
This experience includes: two (2) Main Cabin seats from the winning member's ("Member") home airport to Atlanta, GA on Thursday, September 26, 2024 ("Inbound Flight"); two (2) Delta One seats on the Breast Cancer One Charter, departing from Atlanta, GA on Thursday, September 26, 2024 at 2:00pm EST traveling to San Diego, CA ("Breast Cancer One Charter"); a 2-night stay for two (2) guests in one (1) double occupancy room at the Westgate hotel in San Diego, CA from Thursday, September 26 to Saturday, September 28, 2024 ("Hotel Accommodations"); access for two (2) to an itinerary of events and activities in San Diego, CA ("San Diego Events"), and; two (2) Main Cabin seats departing from San Diego, CA and returning to the Member's home airport on Saturday, September 28, 2024 ("Return Flight") (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, the San Diego Events include a Delta-hosted reception and Survivors' Dinner with a guest speaker on Thursday, September 26, 2024 ("Survivors' Dinner"), a 2-hour boat tour of San Diego Bay the afternoon of Friday, September 27, 2024 ("Boat Tour"), and; an invite-only dinner at a bayside restaurant in San Diego, CA on Friday, September 27, 2024 ("Bayside Dinner"). The Experience is valid only for the dates of Thursday-Saturday, September 26-28, 2024 as described above and may not be rescheduled, transferred, exchanged for cash or airline credit, or resold. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
The Inbound Flight and Return Flight are to be domestic flights only. If needed, the Member may request to schedule the Inbound Flight on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 and will be provided with additional hotel accommodations at the local airport hotel in Atlanta only for the night of Wednesday, September 25, 2024.
The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadline listed herein: 1) submit contact information for the Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, July 4, 2024. Guests must confirm their full name, phone number, email address, and home address, as well as an emergency contact name and emergency contact phone number for each Guest ("Contact Details"). Emergency contact should not be the accompanying guest. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no miles refund.
Once Contact Details are provided, Guests will be connected with a BCRF representative and will receive further details on the Experience via email.
The Survivors' Dinner and Bayside Dinner will not allow for food and beverage substitutions, except for a vegetarian option. Guests will be asked if they would like to opt for a vegetarian option prior to the Experience. Guests are expected to be responsible for themselves and their dietary requirements, including avoiding any food and beverage which they may be allergic to or have otherwise removed from their diets.
Delta Air Lines ("Delta") will provide Guests with flights and Hotel Accommodations associated with the package details as listed above. Flights will be booked by Delta, at Delta's discretion, based on the closest airport in the US48 served by Delta for domestic flights to another airport served by Delta in the US48, in each case as determined by Delta based on Guests' respective home locations. Flights issued are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash and are void if sold or bartered. Any tickets obtained through such sale or barter are void and will not be honored for travel. Tickets may be cancelled or reissued without penalty for a period of twenty-four (24) hours after reservation is made. After this cancellation/reissue privilege expires, date, time and routing changes are permitted (subject to the availability booking class), however a $200 fee applies. Based on availability, passengers holding confirmed reservations and tickets may confirm earlier/later same day flight between same origin/destination for a non-refundable fee of $75. Baggage fees of up to $30 for first checked bag and $40 for second checked bag, depending on itinerary. Allowances subject to size/weight limits. Taxes and fees are subject to change. Any taxes, fees, or charges paid at the time of ticket issuance will be refunded if ticket is not used. Flights will not qualify for SkyMiles mileage. Stopovers/Upgrades/Waitlisting/Open Returns are not permitted for tickets booked with Travel Certificates. Schedules are subject to change without notice. Additional restrictions may apply. It is the responsibility of the Guests to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. Delta reserves the right to deny boarding to any Guests without proper documentation.
Hotel location and flight details are subject to change at the discretion of Delta (and Delta's choosing, but in any event with respect to the hotel, single room, double occupancy) and will be provided to the Member prior to the Experience. Final details are subject to change.
Additional information regarding the Survivors' Dinner, Boat Tour and Bayside Dinner will be provided to the Member prior to the Experience.
Air transportation, Hotel Accommodations, and other elements of prize are determined by Delta and must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. Flights to and from the Breast Cancer One flight are limited to airports served by Delta in the United States.
Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
