All attending guests must be 18 years of age or older.

This experience includes: two (2) Club One tickets ("Tickets") to the NASCAR Cup Series Quaker State 400 Available at Walmart race at Atlanta Motor Speedway on Sunday, September 8, 2024 ("Event"); one (1) VIP parking pass for Club One parking lot valid for Sunday, September 8, 2024 ("Parking Pass"); two (2) VIP passes with hot and cold garage and pit road access ("VIP Passes"); pre-race access for two (2) to Victory Lane on Sunday, September 8, 2024 ("Victory Lane Access"), and; two (2) autographed hats signed by a NASCAR Driver ("Hats") (collectively, "Experience"). The Experience is valid only for the Quaker State 400 Available at Walmart NASCAR Cup Series race on Sunday, September 8, 2024 at Atlanta Motor Speedway located 1500 Hwy 19/41, Hampton, GA 30228 ("AMS"). Experience may not be transferred to other NASCAR races, exchanged for AMS, credit or cash, and may not be resold. Any additional purchases outside of the Experience as listed above are the responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Monday, July 8, 2024 and; 2) confirm receipt of the digital Tickets and Parking Pass with their SkyMiles Experiences representative by Friday, August 30, 2024, 10 days prior to the event start date on Sunday, September 8, 2024. Failure to confirm either of the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no miles refund.

The Tickets and Parking Pass will be distributed digitally prior to the Event. Hats and VIP Passes will be available for pickup at AMS on Sunday, September 8, 2024. More information on Hats and VIP Passes pick-up will be provided to the Member before the Event. Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") must submit an online registration form providing a valid photo ID, birth date, phone number, and email prior to the Experience in order to receive the VIP Passes on-site. Be advised that individuals may only register for VIP Passes at up to four (4) NASCAR weekends during the 2024 season. Individuals who've already registered for VIP Passes during four (4) NASCAR weekends will be ineligible to receive VIP Passes at this Experience.

Victory Lane Access will take place prior to the race on Sunday, September 8, 2024. Victory Lane Access does not guarantee access to any drivers, pit crew, or other NASCAR personnel and is only available before the race. If Member chooses to have a minor attend Victory Lane, the Member must be 18 years or older. Exact details on the Victory Lane Access will be provided to the Member prior to the experience.

Parts of this Experience will take place within an indoor, shared hospitality club. Additional guests including other SkyMiles Experiences guests may be in attendance within the space.

The Hats will be signed by a NASCAR driver. The exact driver signing the hats is to be determined at the discretion of NASCAR Enterprises and Atlanta Motor Speedway.

The following attire is not permitted to be worn inside Club One: tattered or torn jeans (jeans with no holes, rips or tears are fine), very short shorts or skirts (dress shorts, capris, or longer skirts are fine), athletic shorts, sweat pants, sweat suits, or strapless attire without a cover-up (tank tops for women are permitted), rubber flip flops (other sandals and open-toe shoes are welcome). Guests inappropriately dressed will NOT be permitted to Club One.

All Event dates and times are subject to change due to weather and race delays. Delta Air Lines, SkyMiles Experiences, NASCAR Enterprises, AMS, and the Event are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in event schedule due to weather and race delays. Refunds will not be granted for any schedule changes in the event.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, lodging accommodations, flight, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
