All attendees must be 21+ years of age in order to attend the events listed above. Valid IDs will be checked upon entrance to all events.

This experience includes: Two (2) 1-Day 'Best of Fest' Tickets ("Tickets") to Park City Wine Festival on Friday, October 4, 2024 in Park City, UT ("Event"), and two (2) Exclusive Merch Packages, each including (1) Park City Wine Festival branded wine glass, one (1) Park City Wine Festival t-shirt, size large, and one (1) Park City Wine Festival branded tote bag ("Merch Packages") (collectively, the "Experience"). This Experience is valid only for the date of Friday, October 4, 2024, located at 4000 Canyons Resort Dr, Park City, UT 84098 ("Venue"). Experience may not be transferred to other events, exchanged for credit or cash, and may not be resold.

The winning member ("Member") is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, September 12, 2024. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

The Member and their guest (collectively, "Guests") will receive a confirmation email from a SkyMiles Experiences representative ("Representative") confirming their registrations for the Event. Member will receive their Tickets via email at least one (1) week before Event. Member will pick up their Merch Packages on-site at Event on Friday, October 4, 2024. Full details on Merch Package pick-up will be provided to the Member prior to the event. 

The 2024 participating food and beverage chefs and vendors at the Event are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at Park City Wine Festival's discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific chefs or vendors during the festival dates the attending guests have access to on Friday, October 4, 2024. Event will showcase over 500 different wine, beer and spirit samples. Event will have small bites and samples available and full meals will not be served. Park City Wine Festival, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the schedule or event. Event will most likely take place rain or shine.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Event, as listed here.

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member. 

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. User is responsible for all bids placed on experiences, including bids placed on multiple packages of the same experience. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
