This experience includes: four (4) Clover Home Plate Club tickets ("Tickets") to the New York Mets vs. Washington game on Monday, September 16, 2024 at 7:10pm ET at Citi Field ("Game"); access for four (4) to the Delta Sky360° Club at the Game ("Delta Sky360° Club"); access for one (1) person to throw the Honorary First Pitch at the Game ("First Pitch"); access for one (1) person to participate as catcher during the First Pitch at the Game ("Catcher"); and one (1) parking pass ("Parking Pass") (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, Tickets include: access to premium concessions and amenities, including two full-service bars for purchase; in-seat food and beverage service for purchase; and exclusive, climate-controlled indoor club. Additionally, the Delta Sky360° Club includes: complimentary soft drinks; coffee; beer; wine; well liquor options; a wide variety of small bites; snacks; and private restrooms. Experience is valid only for the Game as defined above located at 41 Seaver Wy, Queens, NY 11368 ("Stadium"). Experience may not be transferred to other New York Mets games, exchanged for Stadium credit or cash, and may not be resold.

The Tickets will be distributed via digital ticket transfer to the winning SkyMiles Member ("Member") prior to the Game, no later than the morning of Thursday, September 12, 2024. Member must be present and use one of the tickets to enter the Stadium for the Game and the Experience. Tickets are subject to terms and conditions specified thereon.

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, September 5, 2024, 2) confirm the name and contact information for the individuals participating in the First Pitch and Catcher no later than Thursday, September 5, 2024, and; 3) confirm receipt of the digital Tickets with their SkyMiles Experiences Representative by Thursday, September 12, 2024. Failure to confirm either of the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund.

The Member will be allowed to bring three (3) guests to the Experience (collectively, "Guests"). Experience includes access for one (1) Guest to throw the First Pitch of the Game ("Pitcher") and one (1) Guest to participate as Catcher during the First Pitch. There is no minimum age requirement to throw the First Pitch as the Pitcher or participate as Catcher, however, the Pitcher must be able to successfully throw a baseball from the pitcher's mound to home plate (approx. ~60 feet), and the Catcher must be able to effectively catch a baseball. The Pitcher and Catcher must arrive at the designated meeting spot between 5:45-6:15PM to meet their on-site contact prior to the First Pitch. The New York Mets will provide the baseball and glove for the Experience; however, Guests are welcome to bring their own glove. It is optional for the Catcher to participate in the First Pitch. Additional details on the First Pitch and Catcher experience will be provided to the Member following the close of the auction. First Pitch and Catcher Experience cannot be exchanged or transferred to another date. Failure to arrive by the designated meeting times will result in forfeiting components of this experience without the opportunity for compensation or rescheduling.

Exact seat locations of the Clover Home Plate Club Tickets are to be determined at the discretion of the SkyMiles Experiences team. Guests are welcome to sit in their assigned seats or may stand within the club if preferred. Be advised that the Clover Home Plate Club will be shared with other Game attendees, including winning SkyMiles Members and their guests.

The food available for purchase in the Clover Home Plate Club is from a preselected menu and substitutions may not be available. It is the responsibility of the attending guests to avoid ingredients in food and beverages they may be allergic to or choose to restrict from their diet.

The food available at no additional cost in the Delta Sky360° Club is from a preselected menu and substitutions may not be available. It is the responsibility of the attending Guests to avoid ingredients in food and beverages they may be allergic to or choose to restrict from their diet.

There are no seats available to view the Game from the Delta Sky360° Club.

Game start and end times are at the discretion of Major League Baseball and New York Mets. Full details and arrival instructions will be provided to the Member prior to the Experience. Team rosters and player availability for both New York Mets and Washington are subject to change. Major League Baseball, New York Mets, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the schedule or event.

The Parking Pass for the Game is for Lot G. More information on parking will be provided prior to the Game. See here for maps, and details on driving and parking at the Stadium. 

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
