All guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend Austin Food & Wine Festival.

This experience includes (collectively, the "Experience"): two (2) 'Weekender' tickets ("Weekender Tickets") to Austin Food & Wine Festival on Saturday-Sunday, November 2-3, 2024, at Auditorium Shores ("Festival"); and two (2) 'Made in Texas' tickets ("Made in Texas Tickets") on Friday, November 1, 2024 at the Festival. The Experience is valid only for the Festival and Made In Texas event on Friday-Sunday, November 1-3, 2024, at Auditorium Shores located at 900 W. Riverside Dr. Austin, TX ("Venue"). Experience may not be transferred to other experience dates, exchanged for venue credit, and may not be resold.

The winning bidder ("Member") will receive their Weekender Tickets and 'Made in Texas' Tickets (collectively, "Credentials") to the Festival in the form of wristbands via FedEx within one (1) week prior to the Festival. Credentials are non-removable and non-transferable. Do NOT remove between days, stretch or tamper with your Credentials in any way or you will not be allowed entry. In the unlikely event that Credentials are lost in transit by FedEx, SkyMiles Experiences will make alternative arrangements for the Member to pick-up Credentials on-site at the Festival's will-call or box-office ("Will-Call") or other available options such as overnight shipping ("Alternate Delivery Options"). Refunds will not be offered for Credentials lost by FedEx, except for in the unlikely event that Alternate Delivery Options are unavailable. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder.

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, October 3, 2024; 2) confirm receipt of all the shipped Credentials no later than Monday, October 28, 2024. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

Please note: The 2024 participating chefs at the Festival are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at Festival discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific chef's participation during the Festival dates. Schedule will be announced closer to the Festival dates on their website, www.austinfoodandwinefestival.com. Hot Fire, LLC; Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes in the participating chefs, vendors, or Festival schedule.

The Festival cannot guarantee that participating chefs and vendors will prepare dishes without common allergies, including nuts, dairy, gluten, etc. Additionally, not all events will have vegetarian options available. It is important to check with chefs and vendors whether certain allergens or food items are in dishes or beverages you plan to consume. All food and beverages are available on a first come, first served basis.

For the safety of everyone entering the Festival, all patrons are subject to a full and complete search prior to entry. By redeeming this package, the Member and their guest (collectively, "Guests") agree to submit to a full body pat-down before entry. Guests who refuse to comply with the search policy will be refused entry into the Festival. Screening of children will always take place with the consent of a parent or guardian. All bags will be searched before entry. By placing a bid on this package, the Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Venue, as listed on the Festival website here.

Festival reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from Guests who it or Festival/Venue personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Festival/Venue policy or law, or may bring Hot Fire, LLC and/or the Festival into disrepute.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. User is responsible for all bids placed on experiences, including bids placed on multiple packages of the same experience. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final, and no mileage refunds will be made.

SPONSORS OF AND ARE IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR THIS PROMOTION OR AUCTION INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE PROMOTION OR AUCTION OR THE VERIFICATION OF WINNING BIDDERS. ALL INQUIRIES REGARDING THIS PROMOTION OR AUCTION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO DELTA AIR LINES, INC.. AS STATED IN THE USER AGREEMENT AND NOT TO THE HOT FIRE PARTIES. THE HOT FIRE PARTIES WILL BE RELEASED, INDEMNIFIED, AND HELD HARMLESS, AND FURTHER MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS AND/OR WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN THE SAME MANNER AS THE DELTA AIR LINES ENTITIES AS STATED IN THE USER AGREEMENT.
