*The winning member ("Member") must be aged 23 or older. Member must be the primary reservation holder in attendance. This cannot be combined with other Exclusive Resorts offers. Members of Exclusive Resorts and their immediate families (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and/or household members are ineligible to bid or win.

This package includes: one (1) 7-night stay from Sunday through Sunday, November 3-10, 2024 ("Stay") for ten (10) guests in a four-bedroom Exclusive Resorts property in Lake Tahoe, CA ("Property") (collectively, the "Experience"). This Experience valid only for the dates listed above and cannot be combined with other offers, rescheduled, exchanged for property credit, or resold. Further, the Experience includes access to the following amenities: personalized pre-trip planning and dedicated on-site Concierge; outdoor grill; fireplace; private balcony; washer & dryer; private hot tub; complimentary WiFi and access to the Tahoe Mountain Club and Treehouse Club House for amenities subject to an additional fee including golf, a swimming pool and more.

Concierge services and housekeeping are complimentary; however, Member is responsible for covering the cost of gratuity for their services. Recommended gratuity for concierge services is $150-200 USD for the week. Recommended gratuity for housekeeping is $7.00-10.00 USD per bedroom per day. While cash gratuity is always preferred, Member may also tip the concierge and housekeeper via the house bill.

Member can request the concierge to order groceries, book yoga, massages, ski valet service, etc., but will be responsible for covering the costs associated with each type of service or experience that the concierge books.

Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, September 5, 2024, 2) sign occupancy agreement and provide valid credit card to the Exclusive Resorts representative no later than Thursday, September 12, 2024 Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no refund. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

Member must sign an occupancy agreement prior to reservation confirmation and provide a valid credit card for security. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of miles redeemed for this auction item and no miles refund will be given.

All photography is representative of the Property portfolio but may not include photographs of the eligible Property; some variations may be applicable; specific Property may be subject to change.

Check-in for the Stay will be Sunday, November 3, 2024 at 4:00pm local time and check-out will be Sunday, November 10, 2024 at 11:00am local time. No time or date change requests will be granted. Member must provide a valid credit card at the time of check-in for security and incidentals. Member is responsible for all incidentals as part of their stay. Upgrades are not permitted and are not valid on existing reservations. Extended stays are subject to Property's availability, are not guaranteed, and if any upgrade or Property change is permitted, the incurred cost will be the Member's responsibility for payment. Rates for additional nights are based on published rates. If the Member chooses to extend their stay in the Lake Tahoe area, it is the Member's responsibility to reach out to the Property directly. The Stay does not include costs for flights, transportation, food and beverage, spa treatments, or any other optional activities unless otherwise listed above. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

Member and their guests (collectively, "Guests") shall not be permitted to bring pets or other animals in or around any Exclusive Resorts Club Property with the exception of service animals for persons with disabilities as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended.

This package does not include airfare, pre/post hotels, additional gratuities, ground transportation while at the Property, travel insurance, excursions, and other incidentals and expenses not specified above. The Property does not cover costs for any other optional activities offered outside of this Delta SkyMiles Experiences package. 

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situations: the scheduled travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Property, as listed within the occupancy agreement. In addition, Guests agree to adhere to any rules specific to the Property or the community in which the Property is located, which will be provided to Guests in advance or upon arrival to the Property.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. User is responsible for all bids placed on experiences, including bids placed on multiple packages of the same experience. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
