All guests must be 18 years or older to utilize all aspects of this experience. Guests must show a valid photo ID and must be 21 years or older to consume alcohol.

This experience includes: two (2) '1-Day Frontstretch Suite' tickets ("Suite Tickets") to the South Point 400 NASCAR Cup Series race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Sunday, October 20, 2024 ("Event"); two (2) 1-Day NASCAR VIP Passes which includes Garage and Pit Access on Sunday, October 20, 2024 ("VIP Passes"); one (1) 1-Day reserved parking pass for Sunday, October 20, 2024 ("Parking Pass"), and; two (2) hats signed by a NASCAR driver ("Autographed Hats") (collectively, "Experience"). The Experience is valid only for the South Point 400 NASCAR Cup Series Race on Sunday, October 20, 2024 ("South Point 400") at Las Vegas Motor Speedway located at 7000 Las Vegas Blvd N, Las Vegas, NV 89115 ("Track"). Experience may not be transferred to other NASCAR races, exchanged for Track credit or cash, and may not be resold.

The winning bidder ("Member") will receive their Suite Tickets, Parking Pass and Driver Autographed hat via FedEx at least one (1) week prior to the Event. VIP Passes will be available for pickup by the Member on site for the Event. Exact details on VIP Passes pick-up will be shared with the Member prior to the event.

Autographed Hats will be signed by a NASCAR driver. The exact driver signing the Autographed Hats is at the discretion of NASCAR and Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Autographed Hats will be shipped to the Member via FedEx along with their Suite Tickets and Parking Pass at least one (1) week prior to the Event. 

Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, October 3, 2024, and; 2) confirm receipt of the Suite Tickets and Parking Pass with their SkyMiles Experiences Representative by Monday, October 14, 2024, six (6) days prior to the event start date on Sunday, October 20, 2024. Failure to confirm either of the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refunded.

Member and their guest ("Guests") must submit an online registration form providing a valid photo ID, birth date, phone number, and email prior to the Experience in order to receive the VIP Passes on-site. Be advised that individuals may only register for VIP Passes at up to four (4) NASCAR weekends during the 2024 season. Individuals who've already registered for VIP Passes during four (4) NASCAR weekends will be ineligible to receive VIP Passes at this Experience.

Parts of this experience will take place within an indoor, shared hospitality suite. Additional guests including other SkyMiles Experiences guests may be in attendance within the space.

All Las Vegas Motor Speedway event dates and times are subject to change due to weather and race delays. Delta Air Lines, SkyMiles Experiences, NASCAR Enterprises, and Las Vegas Motor Speedway are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in event schedule due to weather and race delays. Refunds will not be granted for any schedule changes in the event.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, lodging accommodations, flight, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
