The artists performing at the Life is Beautiful Presents: A Big Beautiful Block Party reserve the right to re-arrange or close dedicated viewing areas during their performances. Life is Beautiful Presents: A Big Beautiful Block Party, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes to viewing area arrangements.

This experience includes: two (2) '3-Day VIP' passes ("Wristbands") to Life is Beautiful Presents: A Big Beautiful Block Party on Friday-Saturday, September 27-28, 2024, in Downtown Las Vegas, NV ("Festival") (collectively, the "Experience"). The Experience is valid only for the Festival on Friday-Saturday, September 27-28, 2024, in Downtown Las Vegas located at Fremont & 7^th street, Las Vegas, NV 89101 ("Venue"). Experience may not be transferred to other events, exchanged for Festival credit, and may not be resold.

The winning bidder ("Member") will receive their Wristbands via FedEx within one (1) week prior to the Festival. Wristbands are non-removable and non-transferable. In the unlikely event that Wristbands are lost in transit by FedEx, SkyMiles Experiences will make alternative arrangements for the Member to pick-up Wristands on-site at the Festival's will-call or box-office ("Will-Call") or other available options such as overnight shipping ("Alternate Delivery Options"). Refunds will not be offered for Wristbands lost by FedEx, except for in the unlikely event that Alternate Delivery Options are unavailable. Do NOT remove between days, stretch or tamper with your Wristbands in any way or you will not be allowed entry. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

Please note, food and beverage are not included in this package unless otherwise stated above. There will be food and beverage available for purchase in the VIP and General Admission areas. Guests must be 21+ to consume alcoholic beverages.

The Festival is a cashless event and will accept all credit and debit cards, but no cash. Festival will be held outdoors and will be conducted in rain or shine. The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, September 5, 2024; and 2) confirm receipt of shipped Wristbands no later than Monday, September 23, 2024. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund.

‍For the safety of everyone entering the Festival, all patrons are subject to a full and complete airport-style search prior to entry. By placing a bid on this package, the Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") agree to submit to a full body pat-down before entry. Guests that refuse to comply with the search policy will be refused entry into the Festival. Screening of children will always take place with the consent of a parent or guardian. All bags will be searched before entry. By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Venue, as listed on the Festival website here. Guests must abide by all Festival/Venue policies. Festival reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner's guest who it or Festival/Venue personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Festival/Venue policy or law, or may bring the Festival into disrepute. Resale of Wristbands is prohibited.

Please note: The 2024 performing artists at the Festival are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at Festival discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific artists' performance during the Festival dates. Set times will be announced closer to the Festival dates. Festival, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes in the participating artists.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winning bidder. User is responsible for all bids placed on experiences, including bids placed on multiple packages of the same experience. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final, and no mileage refunds will be made.
