All attendees must be 21+ years of age in order to attend the events listed above. Valid IDs will be checked upon entrance to all events.

This experience includes: two (2) custom packages ("Custom Passes") to Whiskey, Wine & Wildlife Friday, November 8 through Sunday, November 10, 2024 in St. Augustine, FL ("Event") as described above under Experience Details (collectively, the "Experience"). This Experience is valid only for the Event dates of Friday, November 8 through Sunday, November 10, 2024 located on Vilano Beach in St. Augustine, FL ("Venue"). Experience may not be transferred to other events, exchanged for credit or cash, and may not be resold. 

The winning member ("Member") is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, October 3, 2024, and; 2) confirm receipt of the Custom Passes with their SkyMiles Experiences Representative no later than Monday, November 4. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

The Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") will receive their Custom Passes via email no later than Thursday, November 7, one (1) day prior to the start of the Event. The Custom Passes only provides access for two (2) to the programming specified under Experience Details and cannot be transferred or exchanged for other programs at the Event.

Parking is limited on Vilano Beach. On Saturday, November 9, the Old Town Trolley will be running every 30 minutes and will provide the best and most hassle-free way to attend Saturday's Main Event. The shuttle service is free of charge for festival guests. Water Taxi Services will be available from downtown St. Augustine to the Vilano Beach Pier. The festival also highly encourages utilizing ride services and/or designating drivers for guest drop-off/pick-up. 

The 2024 participating food and beverage chefs and vendors at the Event are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at Event's discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific chefs or vendors during the festival dates the attending guests have access to on Friday, November 8 - Sunday, November 10, 2024. Whiskey, Wine & Wildlife, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the schedule or event. Event will take place rain or shine.

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Event, as listed here.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, food, and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the winner. User is responsible for all bids placed on experiences, including bids placed on multiple packages of the same experience. Subject to all rules, policies, terms and conditions found in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made.
