All attendees of La Paulée must be 21 or older to attend the events listed above. Valid photo IDs will be checked upon entrance of all events.

This experience includes: access for two (2) to the La Paulée Vertical Tasting ("Vertical Tasting") on Friday, March 7, 2025; access for two (2) to the La Paulée Grand Tasting ("Grand Tasting") on Saturday, March 8, 2025; access for two (2) to the La Paulée Reception & Gala Dinner on Saturday, March 8, 2025 ("Reception & Dinner"), and; one (1) La Paulée Take-Home Gift ("Take-Home Gift") (collectively, "Experience"). Further, the Reception & Dinner includes: guaranteed seating with top winemakers at the table, and; exclusive pours from a special selection of Burgundy wines poured by a dedicated sommelier, in addition to the wines provided by winemakers. The Experience is valid only for the 2025 La Paulée events defined above taking place on Friday-Saturday, March 7-8, 2025 ("Event") and may not be rescheduled, transferred, exchanged for credit or cash, or resold. Event registrations included in this package are non-transferable and cannot be swapped out for other event registrations.

The winning member ("Member") is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, February 6, 2025; 2) submit any dietary allergies or restrictions to SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, February 6, 2025. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

The Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") will receive a confirmation email from the Event confirming their registrations for the Event. The Take-Home Gift will be placed on Guests' seats during the Gala Dinner. The Grand Tasting and Vertical Tasting are walk around tasting events with no designated or reserved seating. Guests will be invited to provide their name or show the QR code they have on their ticket to check in at the Grand Tasting and Vertical Tasting. The Vertical Tasting is a tasting of three-vintage verticals of a signature wine from participating domains. For the Reception & Dinner, Guests' names will be on the guest list upon entrance. All events are held rain or shine.

The Reception & Dinner will be a seated dinner and will include a preselected menu and wine pairing and substitutions may not be available. Guests will be asked to provide any dietary needs or restrictions prior to the experience and chefs will do their best to accommodate special dietary needs, but please note that it is not guaranteed at the Dinner. All other events are not able to accommodate any special dietary needs or food allergies. The Event will try their best to offer gluten-free and vegan options at all other events, but there is no guarantee. Guests are expected to be responsible for themselves and their dietary requirements, including avoiding any food or beverage which they may be allergic to or have otherwise removed from their diets.

In addition to enjoying the special bottles provided by all attending producers, guests are invited to bring Burgundy wines from their own cellars to share throughout the room at the La Paulée Dinner.

The 2025 participating chefs and talent at the Event are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at Event's discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific chefs during the festival dates the attending guests have access to, Friday-Saturday March 7-8, 2025. Event, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the schedule or event.

By entering any La Paulée event, you agree to be photographed, filmed, and recorded and consent to the following: I hereby irrevocably authorize and grant permission to Gracie Events LLC ("La Paulée"), their successors and assigns, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and others authorized by them (collectively, "Grantees"), to use, separately or together, my name, picture, or other likenesses, including but not limited to my voice, video representation, on-camera performance, initials, photographs, and biographical data concerning me as embodied in the videotaped appearance of me, in whole or in part, in connection with La Paulée in any and all media now or hereafter known (including, without limitation, broadcast and cable television, industrial media, and internet) throughout the world, in perpetuity.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.

General Terms: Some experiences may require a liability release to participate in the activity. All offers subject to the terms and conditions of each individual partner. Offers and participating partners are subject to change without notice. Offers void where prohibited by law. Other restrictions may apply. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited. Delta is not responsible for goods or services offered by any third-party on this site.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the Member. 

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
