This experience includes: one (1) guaranteed reservation for two (2) guests at Gianni's Restaurant at The Villa Casa Casuarina on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at 12:00pm ET in Miami, FL ("Reservation"); one (1) 3-course custom Prix-Fixe menu for two (2) guests at Gianni's ("Lunch"); one (1) beverage with each course for two (2) guests ("Beverage Pairings"); one (1) welcome glass of champagne for two (2) guests ("Welcome Glass of Champagne"), and; one (1) private guided tour of The Villa Casa Casuarina for two (2) guests ("Private Tour") (collectively, the "Experience"). This Experience is valid for Saturday, February 15, 2025 at 12:00pm ET at Gianni's located at 1116 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, FL 33139 ("Restaurant") only and may not be exchanged for credit, transferred, or resold. The cost of any supplemental menu items or items ordered from the wine or cocktail list not mentioned herein are the responsibility of the dining guests. 

The winning bidder ("Member") is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Monday, February 3, 2025; 2) submit all dietary restrictions and/or allergies to SkyMiles Experiences no later than Monday, February 3, 2025. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no miles refund. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

The Lunch includes a preselected fixed menu and substitutions may not be available. The Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") will be asked to provide any dietary needs or restrictions two weeks prior to the experience. The Restaurant will make best efforts to accommodate all dietary needs, but substitutions and special requests may not be available.

The following Beverage Pairings are included per guest: one (1) signature cocktail from a pre-selected list to accompany the appetizer, one (1) signature cocktail from a pre-selected list to accompany the entrée, and one (1) after-lunch Limoncello. The cost of any supplemental items ordered from the wine or cocktail list not mentioned herein are the responsibility of the Guests.

The Private Tour will take place either upon arrival or after the Lunch. Exact timing of the Private Tour is subject to the Restaurant's discretion.

Guests are expected to arrive on time for their Reservation. A grace period of 15-minutes will be provided for late arrivals. After the grace period, Gianni's reserves the right to release the table, and the assigned table may no longer be guaranteed, and no miles refund will be made. This Experience is non-transferable and must be used by the Guests listed in the original Reservation.

Parking is not included in this package. Valet parking is offered at the Restaurant starting at $50. Limited parking on the street near the Restaurant is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

In the event the Reservation date chosen must be canceled or rescheduled by the Restaurant due to an unforeseen circumstance or Restaurant buyout, the Member will be notified and provided with alternative dates and times for rescheduling.

Should the Member need to cancel or reschedule the Reservation, a minimum notice of 24 hours is required. Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of the Reservation with no miles refund.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.

General Terms: Some experiences may require a liability release to participate in the activity. All offers subject to the terms and conditions of each individual partner. Offers and participating partners are subject to change without notice. Offers void where prohibited by law. Other restrictions may apply. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited. Delta is not responsible for goods or services offered by any third-party on this site.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the Member. 

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
