All guests must be 18 or older to participate. Valid photo ID will be required for age verification on-site.

This experience includes: access for three (3) guests (i.e., Member and two (2) Member-invited guests) (collectively, "Guests") to play a round of 18 holes alongside a former NY Knicks Legend (i.e., a former New York Knicks player, with such player as determined by MSG) ("Talent") at or about 10:00am ET on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at Anglebrook Golf Club in Lincolndale, NY ("Golf Round"); pre-round refreshments as determined by MSG ("Pre-Round Refreshments"); three (3) $50 USD gift vouchers (i.e., one per Guest) eligible to spend at the Anglebrook pro shop ("Gift Cards"), and; a post-round meal as determined by MSG ("Meal") (collectively, the "Experience"). The Experience is valid only as described above, taking place at Anglebrook Golf Club located at 100 US-202, Lincolndale, NY 10540 ("Golf Club"). Experience may not be assigned, transferred, exchanged, rescheduled by the Guests, or resold.

Guests are responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest waivers as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, May 22, 2025. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences by the applicable dates can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund.

All details of the Experience shall be determined by MSG Entertainment Holdings, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, "MSG") in its sole discretion. Guests must comply at all relevant times with all MSG and Golf Club rules, regulations, guidelines and policies, as may change from time to time and as may be requested or required by MSG, as well as all federal, state, city, and local rules, regulations and laws. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Experience. Be advised that the Golf Club will be shared with other Experience attendees, including, potentially other SkyMiles Members.

Member must be present and will be counted as one of the Guests for the Experience. If Member or any other Guest is unable to attend the Experience or participate in any other elements of the Experience, that portion of Experience (as applicable) is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided. All Experience participants will be required to sign a release provided by MSG in order to participate.

Food and beverage will be determined by MSG and substitutions are not available. It is the responsibility of the attending Guests to avoid ingredients in food and beverages they may be allergic to or choose to restrict from their diet at the Golf Club.

The Talent participating in the Experience is to be determined at the discretion of MSG and there are no guarantees of meeting any specific player. Autographs or photographs with the Talent will not be permitted during the Experience except in MSG's sole discretion. The Talent is not guaranteed to attend post-round Meal.

The Meal will take place inside the grill room or on the outdoor patio of the Golf Club.

Experience date is subject to change at the sole discretion of MSG, including due to the NBA playoff schedule.

Appropriate golf attire is required for all Guests. For men, this includes collared shirts that must be tucked in with slacks or Bermuda length shorts. Closed toe golf shoes with soft spikes and socks are required. Flip flops, sandals, jeans, denim pants, tank tops, t-shirts, cut-offs, sweatpants, or athletic shorts are not permitted. For women, this includes slacks, skirts, or golf shorts. Closed-toe golf shoes with soft spikes are required, jeans, t-shirts, sweatpants, or athletic shorts are not allowed. Golf shoes are permitted in both the Grill Room & Main Dining Room of the Golf Club.

The Golf Round start and end times are subject to change at the discretion of the Golf Club and MSG. Full details and arrival instructions will be provided to Member prior to the Experience. Golf Club, Talent, MSG, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the schedule or event.

Parking and transportation are NOT included in this package.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Void where prohibited by law. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner ("winner" or "Member"). If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.

General Terms: Some experiences may require a liability release to participate in the activity. All offers subject to the terms and conditions of each individual partner. Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the Member. 

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

By participating in the auction and/or attending the Experience, each SkyMiles Member (on behalf of such SkyMiles Member and their guest) agree (i) to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Delta, MSG Entertainment Holdings, LLC, MSG Sports, LLC, New York Knicks, LLC and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from any liability or damages which may arise out of participation in the auction or acceptance or use of the Experience (including tickets) or any benefit. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE PROMOTION, ALL TICKETS, EXPERIENCES AND ALL MATERIALS PROVIDED IN THE AUCTION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, garbled, undelivered, illegible, damaged, or misdirected bids or other communications of any kind; or for other errors or problems of any kind relating to or in connection with the auction, whether printing, typographical, technical, computer, network, human, mechanical, electronic or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the auction or in any auction-related materials. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this auction, who are acting in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner or who are otherwise not in compliance with these terms as solely determined by Delta will be disqualified and any associated bids will be void. In addition, Delta reserves the right to terminate such participant's SkyMiles account. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this auction or downloading materials from or use of any website.
