This experience includes: VIP Access for two (2) ("VIP Access") to ABT's Spring Gala on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at Cipriani South Street in New York, New York (the "Event"). VIP Access includes: pre-event red carpet access, including one (1) photo for two (2) people ("Red Carpet Access"); cocktail reception access ("Cocktail Reception"), and; two (2) premium table seats for the performance and accompanying gala dinner ("Performance"). This offer is valid only for the date listed above and cannot be combined with other offers, rescheduled, exchanged for credit, or resold. The Event is located at Cipriani South Street at 10 South St, New York, NY 10004 (the "Venue"). Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information and dietary information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later Thursday, May 1, 2025. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund.

The Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") will check-in via the guest list upon arrival to the Event. Additional details including arrival instructions and exact timing will be shared with Guests closer to the Event. No physical ticket will be required for entry. Guests must arrive on time. Late arrival can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no miles refund.

Red Carpet Access will be accessible for the guest photo starting at a set time during the Cocktail Reception. Guests will not have Red Carpet Access during the time that talent walks the red carpet. Timing for the Red-Carpet Access photo is subject to change.

The exact table location for the Performance is to be determined at the discretion of the Event. No photography or videography is permitted during the Performance.

The Event will do its best to accommodate special dietary needs, but please note that it is not guaranteed and only a request. Guests will be asked to provide any dietary needs or restrictions prior to the Event. Guests are expected to be responsible for themselves and their dietary requirements, including avoiding any food or beverage which they may be allergic to or have otherwise removed from their diets.

Parking and transportation are not included in this package. Guests must be in black tie attire to enter the Event.

The 2025 participating talent at the Event are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at the Event's discretion and there are no guarantees of any specific talent present at the Event. This package does not guarantee access to talent of any kind during this Event as scheduled on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. This package does not include access to any other ABT events and is exclusively for ABT's Spring Gala in New York City on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. ABT, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the schedule or event.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Event and Venue. 

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the Member. 

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
