La Onda in is an event suitable for all ages, but all guests must be 21+ to consume alcoholic beverages.

This experience includes (collectively, the "Experience"): two (2) '2-Day El Mirador' tickets ("Wristbands") to La Onda on Saturday-Sunday, May 31-June 1, 2025 at Napa Valley Expo in Napa, CA ("Festival"). The Experience is valid only for the Festival on Saturday-Sunday, May 31-June 1, 2025 at Napa Valley Expo located at 575 3rd Street, Napa, CA 94559 ("Venue"). Experience may not be transferred to other performance dates, exchanged for Venue credit, and may not be resold.

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, May 1, 2025; 2) confirm receipt of all shipped credentials no later than Monday, May 26, 2025, five (5) days before the Experience. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund.

The winning bidder ("Member") will receive their Wristbands to the Festival via FedEx within one (1) week prior to the Festival. No printed tickets will be issued for the Festival. Wristbands are non-removable and non-transferable. The Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") must wear Wristbands at all times at the Festival. Wristbands grant admission to the Festival dates Guests have access to. Do NOT remove between days, stretch or tamper with your Wristbands in any way or you will not be allowed entry. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

Please note: The 2025 performing artists at the Festival are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at Festival discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific artists' performance during the Festival dates. Set times will be announced closer to the Festival dates on their website www.laondafest.com. Viewing areas are unassigned and available on a first come, first served basis. Festival, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes in the participating artists or event schedule.

Parking and Transportation iare NOT included in this package.

By placing a bid on this package, the Member and their guest agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Venue, as listed on the festival website here.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.
