All attending guests must be 21 years of age or older. Valid photo ID will be required for age verification on-site.

This experience includes: two (2) premium tickets to the 60^th Academy of Country Music Awards ("Tickets") at 6:45pm CT on Thursday, May 8, 2025 in Frisco, TX ("Event") (collectively, "Experience"). Experience is valid only for Thursday, May 8, 2025 in Frisco, TX at Ford Center at The Star located at 9 Cowboys Way, Frisco, TX, 75034 ("Venue") and may not be exchanged, transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash.

The winning member ("Member") is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, April 24, 2025. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no miles refund.

Tickets will be available to pick up by Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") at will call on-site on the day of the Event. Valid photo IDs will be required. Exact seat locations are to be determined at the discretion of the Event's ticketing team. Directions and exact will call location will be provided to the Member prior to the Experience.

Doors for the Event open at 5:00pm CT and close at 6:45pm CT. There will be no admittance after 6:45pm CT. Guests must be in their seats for the Event by 6:30pm CT. The Event will begin promptly at 6:45pm CT. Guests that arrive late may not be permitted to attend the Event and no mileage refunds will be made. As this is a live to tape event, no ins or outs will be permitted. The Event will conclude at 9:30pm CT.

Please note: The 2025 hosts, nominees, performers, and presenters at the Event are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at the Event's discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific artists' performance or appearance during the Event date. More information will be announced closer to the Event dates on their website, www.acmcountry.com. The Event, Dick Clark Productions, LLC ("DCP"), Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes in the participating hosts, nominees, performers, presenters, or Event schedule.

This package does not guarantee access to talent of any kind during this Experience as scheduled on Thursday, May 8, 2025. This package does not include access to the red carpet or any other Academy of Country Music or DCP events and is exclusively for the Experience as described above.

This package does not include any kind of VIP or express entry. Guests may be required to wait in line to enter the Venue. Please allow for extra time to pass through security.

Parking is not included in this package, however, there will be parking available on-site at the Venue.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Venue, as listed here.

The Academy of Country Music, DCP and their respective affiliates (collectively, "Producer") are not responsible if the Experience is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason, and the Member will not be reimbursed for Tickets. The performances at the Event are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at the sole discretion of Producer. Guests must comply with any and all applicable (i) federal, state, and/or local government and/or agency laws, orders, rules, regulations, and guidelines; (ii) rules, regulations, and restrictions of the Venue, and (iii) Producer's regulations, protocols, and guidelines. Member understands and agrees that Producer has the right, in its sole discretion, to deny entry to or remove Member and/or their Guest from the Event at any time without compensation for violating the foregoing, and/or if Member's and/or their Guest's behavior at any point is uncooperative or disruptive, may or does cause damage to person, property, or the reputation of Producer or the Event. No one may be admitted to the Event without the proper ticket, passes, or other evidence of access or after the Event begins. Tickets may be subject to Producer or the venue's standard rain-check policies and procedures.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.

All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited. Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the Member. 

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
