All bidders must be at least 18 years old to purchase a package and attend this Experience. Employees of Backroads and their immediate family members are not eligible to bid on this package.

By placing a bid on this package, bidders agree to adhere to all Backroads' standard Terms and Conditions and the Backroads' Release, Assumption of All Risks, and Binding Arbitration ("Release of Liability"). The Release of Liability must be reviewed and signed by the winning bidder ("Member") and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") by Tuesday, April 29, 2025.

This Experience includes: access for two (2) on the 6-day Backroads' San Juan Islands Multi-Adventure Tour over the dates of Sunday, June 22 through Friday, June 27, 2025 (the "Experience", "Trip Experience"); accommodations for two (2) guests in one (1) double occupancy King Room at the Outlook Inn on Sunday, June 22, 2025, accommodations for two (2) guests in one (1) double occupancy King Room at the Friday Harbor House on Monday, June 23 and Tuesday, June 24, 2025, and accommodations for two (2) guests in one (1) double occupancy King Room at the Inn at Langley on Wednesday, June 25 and Thursday, June 26, 2025 (collectively, the "Stay"), and; all taxes, fees, and gratuity associated with all package inclusions. Further, the Trip Experience includes: full guided itinerary of excursions for 6 days, including access to Trip Leaders and additional experts from the region ("Guided Excursions"); five (5) breakfasts, four (4) lunches, and four (4) dinners, as well as some alcoholic beverages as designated by Backroads for two (2) ("Food and Beverage"), and; transportation for full guided itinerary excursions ("Transportation"). This offer is valid only for the dates listed above and cannot be combined with other offers, rescheduled, exchanged for trip credit, property credit, cash, or resold.

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information including Guests' names, email address, mailing address, phone number, and birth date as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Tuesday, April 29, 2025; 2) confirm receipt of all travel and Experience details provided by Backroads and SkyMiles Experiences prior to the Experience, no later than Tuesday, May 13, 2025. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no refund. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member. 

No time or date change requests will be granted for the Experience. The Member must provide a valid credit card at the time of check-in for security and incidentals at each property. This offer is for two (2) guests and is not available for group bookings or any additional guests. The Member is responsible for all incidentals as part of their Experience. Offer is non-transferrable, and the Member must be the primary reservation holder in attendance. Upgrades are not permitted and are not valid on existing reservations. Extended stays are subject to each property availability, are not guaranteed, and if any upgrade or room change is permitted, the incurred cost will be the Member's responsibility for payment. Rates for additional nights are based on published rates. If the Member chooses to extend their Stay in the San Juan area, it is the Member's responsibility to reach out to their preferred hotel directly. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

The Experience provides access to a group trip tour of additional Backroads travelers. The Trip Experience will host approximately 20 guests in total, as well as the Backroads Team/Trip Leaders. This Trip Experience is not private or exclusive to Delta SkyMiles Members and will include a range of age, backgrounds, and interests—including solo travelers, couples and friends traveling together.

The Experience activities and schedule are subject to changes or cancellations at Backroads' discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific excursions as scheduled on Sunday through Friday, June 22-27, 2025. Backroads, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any schedule/activity changes or cancellations. Backroads, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any losses due to cancelled or missed flights, changed flight itineraries, late arrivals, or early departures. Backroads reserves the right to make route, hotel, itinerary and trip modifications as required or desirable to improve the trip quality and/or to accommodate the comfort and well-being of guests.

The Trip Experience is not eligible for the Trip Protection Plan or Flexible Cancelation Plan offered on the Backroads website.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that all necessary travel documents are valid and effective and in their possession for the entire Experience. Guests assume complete and full responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements.

In the event the Member is unable to participate in the Experience, the Member may transfer the Experience to up to two (2) other eligible guests, subject to Backroads' approval and no later than 45 days prior to the start of the Experience on Sunday, June 22, 2025. Any guests participating in the Experience are subject to Backroads Terms and Conditions and must sign the Backroads' Release, Assumption of All Risks, and Binding Arbitration ("Release of Liability") Release of Liability to participate in the Experience.

The ability to accommodate special dietary needs for this Experience is not guaranteed. Guests are expected to be responsible for themselves and their dietary requirements, including avoiding any food or beverage that they may be allergic to or have otherwise removed from their diets.

This package does not include air and other transportation to and from Trip Experience start and termination points, pre/post hotels, services and meals not listed in the Trip Experience and as described on the Backroads website and Travel Planner, all expenses during leisure time including admission fees, meals, and beverages, passports or other travel documents, travel insurance or travel protection (i.e., medical insurance, emergency evacuation and similar services), airport arrival/departure fees or country taxes, personal expenses, Trip Leader gratuity, other ground transportation not listed herein, spa treatments at each property, boutique purchases, telephone calls, and other incidentals and expenses not specified above. Unless otherwise specified, this Experience does not include any local taxes or use fees, including foreign departure, security, port charges, park fees, customs, immigration, agricultural, passenger-facility charges or international transportation tax. The Trip Experience and properties do not cover costs for any other optional activities offered outside of this Delta SkyMiles Experiences package. 

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.

General Terms: Some experiences may require a liability release to participate in the activity. All offers subject to the terms and conditions of each individual partner. Offers and participating partners are subject to change without notice. Offers void where prohibited by law. Other restrictions may apply. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited. Delta is not responsible for goods or services offered by any third-party on this site.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the Member. 

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
