This experience includes: custom VIP Access for two (2) ("Custom Access") to New Orleans Wine and Food Experience from Thursday, June 12 through Sunday, June 15 in New Orleans, Louisiana ("NOWFE") ("Experience"). Further, Experience includes: 30-minute early entry and VIP access for two (2) to 'Vinola' on Thursday, June 12, 2025 at 5:30pm CT ("Vinola"); 30-minute early entry and access for two (2) to 'Tournament of Roses' on Friday, June 13, 2025 at 6:30pm ("Tournament of Roses"); 30-minute early entry and VIP access for two (2) to 'Grand Tasting' on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 2:30pm ("Grand Tasting"); two (2) registrations to the following two (2) Signature Lab Events: 'New Mexico: The Unexpected Wine Country' on Friday, June 13 at 3pm, and; 'Sips & Sweets: The Art of Wine & Pastry Pairing' on Saturday, June 14 at 10am (collectively, "Signature Labs"), and; two (2) tickets to 'Burlesque, Bubbles & Brunch" on Sunday, June 15, 2025 at 11:00am ("Brunch"). This offer is valid only for the events and dates listed above and cannot be combined with other offers, rescheduled, exchanged for credit, or resold. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experience package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, May 15, 2025; 2) confirm receipt of their Experience tickets ("Tickets") with their SkyMiles Experiences Representative by Thursday, May 29, 2025. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund.

The Member will receive Tickets via email approximately one (1) week prior to the Experience, or no later than Thursday, May 29, 2025. The Tickets included in this package are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other event registrations or future NOWFE events. All events are held rain or shine

The Tickets are a custom VIP package for SkyMiles Experiences and are not the 'VIP Package' as listed on the NOWFE website. VIP Access allows the Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests") to enter the event 30 minutes prior to Vinola, Tournament of Roses, and Grand Tasting opening to the public.

Food and beverage substitutions are not available. Guests are expected to be responsible for themselves and their dietary requirements, including avoiding any food or beverage which they may be allergic to or have otherwise removed from their diets.

Parking and transportation are not included in this package.

Recommended attire is business casual; however, Guests should keep in mind that some events require you to walk around.

The 2025 participating chefs and talent at the NOWFE are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at the discretion of NOWFE. There are no guarantees of any specific chefs during the NOWFE dates the attending guests have access to, Thursday, June 12 through Sunday, June 15, 2025. NOWFE, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the schedule or event.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Event and Venue.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.
