Festival is an event suitable for all ages, but all guests must be 21+ to consume alcoholic beverages. Valid photo ID will be required for age verification on-site. Children 8 and under are free with a ticketed adult.

This experience includes: two (2) '4-Day VIP' tickets ("VIP Tickets") to 2025 Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival ("Festival") on Thursday-Sunday, June 12-15, 2025 at Great Stage Park in Manchester, TN ("Experience"). VIP Tickets include: access to all General Admission amenities; access to on-field viewing area at the WHICH Stage; access to The Mound at WHAT Stage; access to air-conditioned Centeroo VIP Lounge with relaxed seating and live streaming of stages; upgraded, air-conditioned restrooms; private bar with drinks for purchase; dedicated food for purchase; on-site VIP hospitality staff; access to dedicated entry lane at both entrances into Centeroo; exclusive VIP Festival gift, redeemable at VIP Concierge; special VIP-Only Invitations, and; more special conveniences including lockers and mobile charging units for rent and a dedicated check-out lane at the main festival merch store. The Experience is valid only for the Festival on Thursday-Sunday, June 12-15, 2025 at Great Stage Park located at 2465 New Bushy Branch Rd, Manchester, TN 37355 ("Venue"). Experience may not be transferred to other performance dates, exchanged for venue credit, and may not be resold.

The winning bidder ("Member") is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, May 7, 2025; 2) confirm receipt of all shipped credentials no later than Thursday, June 5, 2025, seven (7) days before the Experience. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund.

The Member will receive their VIP Tickets to the Festival via FedEx within one (1) week prior to the Festival. Tickets are non-removable and non-transferable. Do NOT remove between days, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member. 

Please note: The 2025 performing artists at the Festival are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at Festival discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific artists' performance during the Festival dates. Set times will be announced closer to the Festival dates on their website, https://www.bonnaroo.com/. Viewing area are unassigned and available on a first come, first served basis. The Event, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes in the participating artists.

It is the responsibility of the Member and their one (1) guest ("Guests") to avoid ingredients in food and beverages they may be allergic to or choose to restrict from their diet at the Venue. The Venue is unable to accommodate any specific dietary restrictions.

Parking and transportation are NOT included in this package.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Venue, as listed on the festival website here.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the Member. 

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
