All attendees must be 18 years or older to participate and attend.

This experience includes: access for two (2) guests ("Tickets") to the private red carpet screening of Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning on Sunday, May 18, 2025 at the AMC IMAX Theater in Lincoln Square, New York City ("Red Carpet Screening") (collectively, "Experience"). The Experience is only valid for the Red Carpet Screening on Sunday, May 18, 2025 in New York City at the AMC IMAX Theater in Lincoln Square located at 1998 Broadway, New York, NY 10023 ("Venue"). Experience may not be transferred to other dates or exchanged for venue credit. Experience may not be resold, transferred, bartered, or redeemed for cash. Experience does not include anything other than the tickets listed above; winner and guest are responsible for the cost of any other fees and/or expenses associated with the experience, including but not limited to, flights, hotels, ancillary and discretionary costs, travel insurance, taxes, and fees.

The winning SkyMiles Member ("Member") is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Monday, May 12, 2025. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no miles refund.

Tickets will be distributed on site to the Member and their one (1) guest (collectively "Guests") on the day of the Experience. More details on the location and timing of the distribution of Tickets and the Red Carpet Screening will be provided to the Member prior to the Experience. Any late arrivals cannot be guaranteed access to the Red Carpet Screening, with no miles refund.

Please note: The start time of the Red Carpet Screening is subject to change at the sole discretion of the Venue and Paramount Pictures Corporation ("Paramount"). Paramount, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes in the Experience schedule.

This package does not guarantee access to talent of any kind during this Experience as scheduled on Sunday, May 18, 2025. This package does not include access to any other Paramount events.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Venue. Guests not adhering to Venue rules and policies may be subject to removal and will not be entitled to a refund of miles.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, by bidding and participating in the experience, bidder and guest release and agree to hold harmless and indemnify Delta, Paramount, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliated entities, employees, directors, officers, attorneys, agents, joint venturers, licensees and assigns and each of their respective designees ("Released Entities") with respect to any claims, damages, costs, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, due to, caused by, or arising out of (i) your use of the Site, and (ii) your participation in any auctioned experience, including, but not limited to personal injury, property damage or other loss or costs sustained or incurred by the winning bidder.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.
