All attending guests must be 21 years of age or older. Valid photo IDs will be checked upon entrance of all events and must match listed attendee to be allowed entry.

This experience includes: two (2) tickets ("Tickets") to an exclusive screening of Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning in Los Angeles on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at 5:30pm PT ("Exclusive Screening"); access for two (2) to premium food and beverage ("Food and Beverage"); access for two (2) to unique installations and other surprises inspired by the film franchise, and; valet parking ("Valet Parking") (collectively, "Experience"). The Experience is only valid for the Experience as defined above on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at 5:30pm PT at AMC The Grove 14 Theater located at 189 The Grove Dr, Los Angeles, CA 90036 ("Venue"). Experience may not be transferred to other dates or exchanged for Venue credit. Experience cannot be resold, transferred, bartered, or redeemed for cash. Experience does not include anything other than the tickets listed above; winner and guest are responsible for the cost of any other fees and/or expenses associated with the Experience, including but not limited to, flights, hotels, ancillary and discretionary costs, travel insurance, taxes, and fees.

The Tickets will be held under the winning SkyMiles Member's ("Member") name for pickup on the day of the Experience only. More details on the location of the Venue and Ticket pickup will be provided to the Member prior to the Experience. There is no assigned seating or reserved seating for the Tickets, and seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors open at 5:30pm PT, and the Exclusive Screening begins at 7:00pm PT. Any late arrivals cannot be guaranteed access to the exclusive Screening, with no miles refund.

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, May 8, 2025. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no miles refund.

This package does not guarantee access to talent of any kind during this Experience as scheduled on Thursday, May 22, 2025. This package does not include access to any other events hosted by Paramount Pictures Corporation ("Paramount").

In the event the facility becomes unavailable or a change in date occurs, Delta will reschedule the Experience and the Member will be notified of such change. Members will not be compensated for any costs related to changing their accommodations, including but not limited to flights, hotels, insurance, car rentals, incidentals, or other costs.

Exact location for Valet Parking and Exclusive Screening will be provided to the Member prior to the Experience.

Food and Beverage includes passed bites and signature cocktails, and substitutions are not available. Member and their one (1) guest (collectively "Guests") are expected to be responsible for themselves and their dietary requirements, including avoiding any food or beverage which they may be allergic to or have otherwise removed from their diets.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Venue. Guests not adhering to Venue rules and policies may be subject to removal and will not be entitled to a refund of miles.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, by bidding and participating in the experience, bidder and guest release and agree to hold harmless and indemnify Delta, Paramount, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliated entities, employees, directors, officers, attorneys, agents, joint venturers, licensees and assigns and each of their respective designees ("Released Entities") with respect to any claims, damages, costs, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, due to, caused by, or arising out of (i) your use of the Site, and (ii) your participation in any auctioned experience, including, but not limited to personal injury, property damage or other loss or costs sustained or incurred by the winning bidder.
