*Guests must be at least 10 years of age to participate in the Private Colorado River Kayaking Adventure. Anyone aged 10-12 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older. Valid photo ID will be required for age verification on-site.

This experience includes: accommodations for two (2) guests for three (3) nights in one (1) Suite Tent, checking in Thursday, June 12, 2025, and checking out Sunday, June 15, 2025, at ULUM Moab in Moab, UT (the "Stay"); one (1) private 4-hour Colorado River Kayaking Adventure for two (2) guests on Friday, June 13, 2025 at 8:45am MT ("Kayaking Trip"); one (1) Aēsop Skin Quench welcome amenity ("Welcome Amenity"); one (1) $300 food and beverage credit for ULUM Moab ("Dining Credit"), and all taxes and gratuities associated with all package inclusions (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, the Stay includes: one (1) king bed, one (1) queen-size sofa bed, one (1) ensuite bathroom, one (1) wood burning stove, one (1) private deck, Parachute linens, in-tent coffee and tea, in-tent cooling, one (1) rain shower, one (1) hairdryer, electricity, and; Aēsop bathroom amenities. This offer is valid only for the dates listed above and cannot be combined with other offers, rescheduled, exchanged for property credit, or resold. ULUM Moab is located at 147 Looking Glass Rd, Moab, UT 84532 (the "Property"). Property amenities include outdoor dipping pools, spacious outdoor lounge areas, community fire pits, yoga deck, Wi-Fi in the main lobby, a full-service restaurant, an Espresso & Smoothie Bar, and complimentary activities (collectively, "Property Amenities"). Certain Property Amenities and activities are the financial responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Thursday, May 22, 2025 and 2) confirm receipt of all Stay details provided by the Property and SkyMiles Experiences prior to the Experience, no later than Thursday, June 5, 2025. Failure to confirm above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no refund. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

The Kayaking Trip is good for (2) guests only and will take place on Friday, June 13, 2025 at 8:45am MT only and does not allow transfer of reservation dates or time. The meeting point for the Kayaking Trip will be at Wild West Voyages located at 422 Kane Creek Blvd, Moab, UT 84532 ("Kayaking Meeting Point"). Guests will need to arrive at the Kayaking Meeting Point no later than 8:30am MT. While the Property is pet friendly, adventures are not able to accommodate pets; arrangements would need to be made as pets cannot be left unattended at Under Canvas. This Kayaking Trip may not be suitable for the mobility impaired. Please inquire further if you feel you may have difficulty and to gain more details on any accommodations that can be made, if available. No refunds of any kind will be given should the Member choose to shorten or forego this Kayaking Trip. If the guide cancels your trip (due to adverse weather, unsafe conditions, etc.), a refund will not be accommodated. Rainy, cloudy, or windy weather does not mean a trip will be cancelled.

The Dining Credit will be applied to Member's folio and can be applied to food and beverage at the on-property restaurant, the Espresso & Smoothie Bar, and/or the retail shop at the Property. Member and their guest (collectively, "Guests") are responsible for avoiding any ingredients in food and beverage that Guests may be allergic to or have otherwise chosen to remove from their diet. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available. On-property dining and seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and no reservations will be accommodated. For health and safety reasons, food is not allowed inside of tents, however, beverages of any kind are permitted in the tents. Dining Credit will be removed from Member's folio upon check-out on Sunday, June 15, 2025.

Check-in for the Stay will be Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 3:00pm local time and check-out will be Sunday, June 15, 2025, at 10:00am local time. No time or date change requests will be granted. Member must provide a valid credit card at the time of check-in for security and incidentals. Member is responsible for all incidentals as part of their Stay. This offer is for two (2) guests and is not available for group bookings or any additional guests. Upgrades are not permitted and are not valid on existing reservations. This package is only able to redeem for a new reservation on the Stay dates listed above. Extended stays are subject to Property's availability and are not guaranteed. Rates for additional nights are based on published rates. If the Member chooses to extend their Stay in the Moab area, it is the Member's responsibility to reach out to the Property directly. The Stay does not include costs for transportation, food and beverage, spa treatments, or any other optional activities unless otherwise listed above. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

All Property photography is representative of the Property but may not include photographs of the eligible Stay room; some variations may be applicable; specific Stay room may be subject to change. Bed types, room configurations, and décor may vary among different rooms for the specific Stay room.

The Member will be introduced to a Property representative closer to their stay to coordinate arrival logistics and receive final details regarding their Experience.

This package does not include airfare, pre/post hotels, additional gratuities, ground transportation while at the Property, travel insurance, excursions, food and beverage, or other optional activities, incidentals, and expenses not specified above. The Property does not cover costs for any other optional activities offered outside of this Delta SkyMiles Experiences package. 

By placing a bid on this package, the Member and their guest agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Property as listed here.  

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.

General Terms: Some experiences may require a liability release to participate in the activity. All offers subject to the terms and conditions of each individual partner. Offers and participating partners are subject to change without notice. Offers void where prohibited by law. Other restrictions may apply. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited. Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the Member. 

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
