Content will be captured by Ivy City Co during the experience. Filming and liability waivers will be provided to guests prior to the event.

This experience includes: access for two (2) to an exclusive 2-hour group private shopping experience ("Shopping Experience") at Ivy City Co on Saturday, May 3,2025 from 10:00am-12:00pm MT in Salt Lake City, UT; access for two (2) to a pre-shopping high tea experience ("High Tea") and; one (1) $500 Ivy City Co gift card ("Gift Card") (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, the Shopping Experience includes: a styling consultation from an in-house stylist, and; drink offerings and bites to be served during Experience. Experience is valid only for the Shopping Experience as defined above located at 12711 Old Liberty Way, Suite 700, Riverton, UT 84096 ("Showroom"). Experience may not be transferred, exchanged for credit or cash, and may not be resold.

The winning bidder ("Member") is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Monday, April 21, 2025. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no miles refund.

Member will receive their one (1) Gift Card on the day of their Shopping Experience. The Gift Card may not be redeemed or re-sold for cash. The Gift Card may be used to purchase readily available merchandise at the Showroom during the experience. Custom order requests are not included. Any additional dollars spent outside of the Gift Card (including taxes or shipping costs) will be the Member's responsibility.

Member and their one (1) guest ("Guests") are expected to be responsible for themselves and their dietary requirements, including avoiding any food or beverage which they may be allergic to or have otherwise removed from their diets.

Guests will check in via guest list upon arrival at the Showroom. No physical ticket is required for entry. The Showroom will be closed to the public during this Experience.

Parking is not included.

Respectful behavior towards staff, guests and merchandise is expected.

The Showroom is ADA compliant.

Guests are allowed to take photo and video during the Experience, but the Showroom requests no flash.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Showroom, as listed here.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the Member.

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
