All attendees must be 21 years of age or older in order in order to attend the events listed above. Valid photo ID will be required for age verification on-site. No one under 21 is permitted including infants and small children in child carriers. This policy pertains to all events including demonstrations, seminars, and Grand Tastings. 

This experience includes: two (2) tickets to the F&W Classic Welcome Party on Thursday, June 19, 2025 from 6:00-8:00pm MST ("Welcome Party"); two (2) Consumer Passes to the 2025 FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen, Colorado ("Event") valid Thursday, June 19-Sunday, June 22, 2025 ("Consumer Passes"); access for two (2) to a private tour of the Grand Tasting Pavilion ("Private Tour"), and; one (1) 3-night stay for two (2) guests at MOLLIE Aspen in either a Standard King or Double Queen room checking in on Thursday, June 19, 2025 and checking out Sunday, June 22, 2025 ("Hotel Stay") (collectively, the "Experience"). Further, the Consumer Passes include access to the Grand Tasting Pavilion ("Grand Tasting Pavilion"), registrations for cooking demonstrations ("Cooking Demonstrations"), and registrations for beverage seminars ("Beverage Seminars") over the course of the Experience dates. This offer is valid only for the dates listed above and cannot be combined with other offers, rescheduled, exchanged for credit, or resold. The Event is located at 419 S Mill St, Aspen, CO 81611 (the "Venue"). Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the winning bidder ("Member").

The Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information and signed waivers as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Wednesday, May 7, 2025.  Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund. 

The Member and their one (1) guest (collectively, "Guests"), will pick-up their credentials for the Consumer Passes and Welcome Party (collectively, "Credentials") on-site at the Event. Full details on Credential pick-up will be shared prior to the Event. Credentials must be worn and properly displayed at all Event activities. Credentials are non-transferable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. 

Cooking Demonstrations and Beverage Seminars require pre-registration, based on availability. Full details on registering for Cooking Demonstrations and Beverage Seminars (collectively, "Registered Events") will be shared with Guests via email prior to the Experience, within one (1) week following redemption. This Experience does not guarantee availability of or registration to any Cooking Demonstrations or Beverage Seminars, and the Event, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes in availability at the time of registration. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to any Registered Events start time for seat selection. Pre-registration for does not guarantee a seat at the Registered Events. If you do not attend a Registered Event due to late arrival or any other reason, no refunds or make-goods will be provided.

Guests are expected to be responsible for themselves and their dietary requirements, including avoiding any food or beverage which they may be allergic to or have otherwise removed from their diets. Please drink responsibly.

The Private Tour will take place on either Friday, June 20, 2025 or Saturday, June 21, 2025. Exact date, time, and meeting location for the Private Tour is to be determined at the discretion of the Event. Details will be shared with the Member prior to the Experience, no later than Wednesday, June 18, 2025.

The 2025 participating chefs and talent at the festival are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at Event's discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific chefs during the Event dates the Guests have access to.  Event, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the schedule or event.

Parking and transportation are not included in this package.

Hotel Stay cannot be combined with other offers and is valid only for the dates listed above. Member cannot earn loyalty points or any other loyalty currency from property during Hotel Stay. If the Member chooses to extend their stay in the Aspen area, it is the Member's responsibility to reach out to the property directly. The Hotel Stay is for a Standard King or Double Queen only and does not include costs for transportation, food and beverage, spa treatments, gym fees, or any other optional activities. Check-in is at 4:00pm local time on Thursday, June 19, 2025, and check out is 11:00am local time on Sunday, June 22, 2025, and no time or date change requests will be granted. All Guests must provide a valid credit card for security. Attending Guests are responsible for all incidentals as part of their stay. Cancellation at any time will result in forfeiture of miles debited for this auction item. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

By placing a bid on this package you agree to adhere to all Event policies as stated in the Classic in Aspen Code of Conduct and Event Terms & Conditions, which is subject to change at any time at Food & Wine's sole discretion). All participants—staff, attendees, speakers, sponsors, vendors, exhibitors, and volunteers—at our event are required to agree and abide by this Event Code of Conduct. Organizers will enforce this Code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a professional, respectful, welcoming, and safe environment for all participants.

Right to Use Your Name, Voice, Image and Likeness
TI Gotham Inc., and its parent, affiliates, and licensees, (collectively "TI") may be filming and photographing at the Event for public broadcast and print and digital distribution. By using your pass/credentials at the Event or attending the Event you grant TI the irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free right and license throughout the universe to (1) broadcast/stream live, and/or record (by photographs, film, tape, aural devices and any other method or device), you and your attendance (including without limitation your name, voice, image, likeness, actions, participation and performance) (the "Recordings") at the Event, which may have events sponsored by various sponsors and exhibitors ("Sponsors"); and (2) use, modify, copy, distribute and/or exploit the Recordings for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotional, editorial and/or commercial trade purposes for and associated with the Event, future Food & Wine events, TI and/or the Sponsors, and each of their respective products and services, in any and all media, formats and methods of transmission now known or hereafter developed, without restriction or compensation to you. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded at the Event for these purposes, including, without limitation, television broadcast, online, and print distribution, you must not attend the Event.

The Event will operate rain or shine.  If the Event is cancelled for any reason, as determined by Food & Wine in its sole and absolute discretion, Food & Wine  

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package are at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.
