All attendees must be 18 or older to participate. Valid photo ID will be required for age verification on-site.

This experience includes: Access for two (2) ("Event Access") at Variety's FYC TV Fest on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 from 8:45am to 6:00pm PT at 1 Hotel West Hollywood in Los Angeles, CA ("Event"). Event Access includes: two (2) seats at the event ("Seats"), and; one (1) photo for two (2) on the pre-event Red Carpet ("Red Carpet Photo"). The Experience is valid only for the Event as defined above at 1 Hotel West Hollywood, 8490 W Sunset Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90069 ("Venue"). Experience may not be transferred to other Variety affiliated events, exchanged for venue credit, and may not be resold.

The winning bidder ("Member") is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) submit all attending guest information as requested by SkyMiles Experiences no later than Tuesday, April 29, 2025. Failure to confirm either of the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no miles refund.

The Member and their one (1) guest's ("Guests") names will be added to the guest list at the door of the Event. No physical ticket is required for entry. The exact location of the Seats is to be determined at the discretion of Variety ("Producer") and SkyMiles Experiences team. Please note, no photography or recording is permitted during the Event.

It is the responsibility of the Member and their one (1) guest ("Guests") to avoid ingredients in food and beverages they may be allergic to or choose to restrict from their diet at the Event.

Event start and end times are at the discretion of Producer. Full details and arrival instructions will be provided to Guests prior to the Experience. Late arrival can result in forfeiture of the Experience with no miles refund. Guest must arrive to the Venue by 8:45am PT for the Red Carpet Photo. Timing for the Red Carpet Photo is subject to change. Guests will not have access to the red carpet during the time that talent or celebrities walk the red carpet.

Parking and transportation are NOT included in this package.

The 2025 participating talent at the Event are subject to any schedule changes or cancellations at the Event's discretion. There are no guarantees of any specific talent during the date the Guests have access to on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. Producer, Delta Air Lines, and SkyMiles Experiences are not responsible for any changes or cancellations to the schedule or event.

Producer is not responsible if the Event is delayed, postponed, or cancelled for any reason, and Member will not be reimbursed for tickets. Member understands and agrees that Producer has the right, in its sole discretion, to remove Member and/or his/her guest from the Event at any time without compensation if Member or his/her guest's behavior at any point is uncooperative or disruptive, may or does cause damage to person, property, or the reputation of Producer or the Event, or otherwise violates the policies of Producer or the venue.

By placing a bid on this package, Guests agree to adhere to all policies and rules set forth by the Event and Venue.  

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.

General Terms: Some experiences may require a liability release to participate in the activity. All offers subject to the terms and conditions of each individual partner. All bids for SkyMiles Experiences packages are final and no mileage refunds will be made, and resale is strictly prohibited. Delta is not responsible for goods or services offered by any third-party on this site.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the Member. 

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
