The winning member ("Member") must be aged 23 or older or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 23 years or older. Member must be the primary reservation holder in attendance. This cannot be combined with other Exclusive Resorts offers. Members of Exclusive Resorts and their immediate families (parent, child, sibling or spouse) and/or household members are ineligible to bid or win.

This package includes: one (1) 7-night stay from Sunday through Sunday, July 27- August 3, 2025 ("Stay") for up to eight (8) guests in a three-bedroom Exclusive Resorts property in Scottsdale, Arizona ("Property") (collectively, the "Experience"). This Experience is valid only for the dates listed above and cannot be combined with other offers, rescheduled, exchanged for property credit, or resold. Further, the Experience includes access to the following amenities: private hot tub; fully equipped kitchen; woodburning chimineas; complimentary WIFI; indoor fireplace; washer and dryer; access to the clubhouse and spa; complimentary continental breakfast. Guests will be responsible for any food and beverage and/or spa charges. This Experience is valid only for the dates listed above and cannot be combined with other offers, rescheduled, exchanged for property credit, or resold.

Member is responsible for adhering to the deadlines listed herein: 1) confirm Experience acceptance and Member contact information by Tuesday, June 10, 2025; 2) 2) sign occupancy agreement and provide valid credit card to the Exclusive Resorts representative no later than Friday, June 27, 2025. Failure to confirm the above with SkyMiles Experiences can result in forfeiture of the experience with no refund. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.

Member must sign an occupancy agreement prior to reservation confirmation and provide a valid credit card for security and incidentals. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of miles redeemed for this auction item and no miles refund will be given.

All photography is representative of the Property portfolio but may not include photographs of the eligible Property; some variations may be applicable; specific Property may be subject to change.

Check-in for the Stay will be Sunday, July 27, 2025, at 4:00pm local time and check-out will be Sunday, August 3, 2025, at 11:00am local time. No time or date change requests will be granted. Member is responsible for all incidentals as part of their stay. Upgrades are not permitted and are not valid on existing reservations. Extended stays are subject to Property's availability, are not guaranteed, and if any upgrade or Property change is permitted, the incurred cost will be the Member's responsibility for payment. Rates for additional nights are based on published rates. If the Member chooses to extend their stay in the Scottsdale area, it is the Member's responsibility to reach out to the Property directly. The Stay does not include costs for transportation, food and beverage, spa treatments, or any other optional activities unless otherwise listed above.

Member and their guests (collectively, "Guests") shall not be permitted to bring pets or other animals in or around any Exclusive Resorts Club Property with the exception of service animals for persons with disabilities as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended.

SkyMiles Experiences is available only to existing SkyMiles Members within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia with U.S. addresses. Merchandise may be shipped only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Members must log in at delta.com and agree to the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement in order to bid on auction items. With the exception of "Redeem Now" packages or other offers, which terms are in the SkyMiles Experiences User Agreement, the bidder who has bid the highest amount at the end of the auction period will be named the winner. If the winner does not have sufficient miles to cover the winning amount, a new winner will be chosen by a predetermined process. Delta reserves the right to declare the winner or cancel the auction if unusual circumstances occur.

Bidding amounts on the website for the above-featured SkyMiles Experiences may be higher than the stated starting bid due to varied timing of package launch on website. All auction items are subject to availability. Winning bids must be paid entirely with miles. Your SkyMiles account balance must be sufficient to cover the mileage needed for your winning bid.

Other than those specifically listed above, no additional items or services are included in this package. Ground transportation, flight, hotel, airfare, food and other ancillary costs not expressly described in the package description are the responsibility of the Member. 

Airfare is not included in this package. Furthermore, Delta flights may or may not be available for cash or mileage redemption for the desired routes and/or dates for when the attending guests would like to secure their reservation and/or travel. The Member acknowledges that this package is non-refundable, including in the following situation: the desired travel dates do not coincide with the option to purchase a cash or mileage redemption ticket on Delta. Any additional purchases separate to this SkyMiles Experiences package is at the sole cost and responsibility of the Member.
